Good facilities, nice and social hostel close to the city centre. Receptionist was very helpful. My bed was full of bedbugs and I got bit a lot even though I managed to switch rooms in the middle of the night and didn’t sleep there overnight. The receptionist took full responsibility and I got a refund in the morning. As long as they can deal with the bedbug issue, it would be a nice hostel but make sure to thoroughly check your bed before staying there!

Nothing. Fake hostel, fake kitchen, and unpolished host. First, they say feel free to use the kitchen after that if they saw you making food they might not extend your stay. I saw one of the host shouts like a baby at Lady just because she took some spices from un tagged kitchen cabinets. Moreover, the hostl might look nice, but it has an old craked wooden floor that has bed bugs living in it. I slept in the second floor bed, and I woke up with many bites on my head. It is a very dangerous health issue. That hostel needs to be closed by wax by the health department.

Nothing. The hostel has bed bugs. They live in the wooden floor cracks. I was in the second floor bed, and I got bitten many times. I found that the bed bugs even reach the ceiling. That means the bed bugs are living happily in the hostel. The owner of the hostel, every day, they open the windows fully, allowing the bugs to come inside the rooms as the windows do not have bugs net. The bathrooms have bad hygiene. I did not feel safe, and if you are a woman, do not go their.

Prishtina Backpackers tiene un setup fuerte arriba: terraza en la azotea, sala común, sofá grande, TV con Netflix, juegos, tragos baratos y espacio para juntarse con café o comida. Esa es la personalidad más clara acá, especialmente para una parada social low-key en Prishtina más que una máquina de fiesta. La ubicación es práctica, con el centro, Skanderbeg Square, supermercados, panaderías, parrillas y opciones de comida local a distancia caminable. La cocina suele tratarse como útil y bien equipada, y el hostel puede sentirse hogareño cuando la terraza y las zonas comunes están activas. Las camas suelen ser cómodas, las habitaciones pueden ser amplias y hay lockers disponibles, pero el setup es irregular. Algunas camas pueden no tener cortinas, luces de lectura o enchufes cerca, y los baños pueden generar cuello de botella porque puede haber solo una ducha/baño por piso. El servicio es mixto. El staff puede ser cálido, útil y bueno para tips de ciudad, taxis, bares, información de buses y arreglos prácticos, pero recepción no siempre tiene personal y WhatsApp puede ser parte de cómo se manejan las cosas. La limpieza también cae de forma desigual: muchas habitaciones y baños parecen limpios, mientras hay preocupaciones serias de higiene y chinches que no deberían ignorarse.
