Das Hostel war sehr gut. Ich habe ein Frauenzimmer 4er-Bett im 1.OG gebucht. Dort war alles sauber, keine Bedbug oder ähnliches. Das Bad wurde täglich gereinigt. Leider habe ich nur ein Handtuch und eine Badematte für 5 Tage erhalten, vielleicht wäre eine Art Handtuch"station" gut, wo jeder sich Handtücher nach Bedarf holen kann. Die Räume sind relativ hellhörig zum Hof hin, sowie unter dem Raum schien eine große Lüftungsanlage zu sein. Nachbarn hörte man nicht.

It didn't really feel like a hostel. Was very quiet with not a lot going on. There was no activities or events. There was some dj on the Thursday night but it was really poor. Was expecting more activities and events to possibly get the opportunity to meet some new people. Also having to pay to store my bag for a few hours after check out didn't sit well with me.

Bedbugs in my bed! Got another room that was not clean and some black hairs on the sheets frome someone else. Not worth the money. The guy at the reception did not make any apology and act like this is normal.

bed bugs when i was here and they attempted to have us sign an NDA in order to receive a refund that stated we would not leave a negative review… i did not sign it

I stayed in this dormitory and unfortunately got bitten by bed bugs during my stay. I immediately informed the reception, but sadly they did not take immediate action. I sincerely hope they addressed the issue after my departure to prevent it from affecting other guests. Apart from that, the dormitory itself was clean and well-organized, which makes the situation even more disappointing.

Although I know it is going around Europe and the hostel is doing its best to fight it, there were bed bugs in my dorm. You need to fumigate more often.

Only complaint was I got bitten over 12 times by bedbugs throughout my stay, on my face and body at night which made sleeping difficult and uncomfortable

Got bit pretty bad (bed bugs) which is a risk you take at hostels but I thought for the price it would be a low chance. Turns out not low enough

I hope my case is just exceptional. I was bitten by bedbug even though everything seem clean visually.

Obvious bed bug problem… Itchy spots everywhere after the second night. Treated with cortisone and antihistamines. I had scrolled past a review mentioning them but ignored it. I guess the old wooden structures under the beds are good hiding spots. Would come again if I could really be sure the issue has been addressed.

There are bed bugs. I have got bites even on my face. I decided to leave the place after the first night ( 2 nights reserved) and I asked for the refund. The receptionist asked me to write an e-mail and confirmed that the following days I will be reimbursed, thing that never happened. DO NOT go there!

There were so many bedbugs it was absolutely crazy.. I never seen anything like that before. and the lady at the register had nothing useful to say. The only thing she said was that I will not be able to get a refund.. So I end up not sleeping and had to do laundry for all of my clothes..

As camas tinham percevejos. Avisamos a staff no primeiro dia, nada foi feito. No segundo dia pedimos para trocar de quarto, ela disse que não tinha camas disponíveis em outros quartos. Contudo, no booking o hostel ainda aparecia como opção para hospedagem naquele dia, então tinha disponibilidade. Ela nos deu um produto para matar percevejos como "solução" ou sugeriu que saíssemos do hostel e devolveriam a estadia do dia. Isso a noite, num lugar onde teríamos que caminhar até a estação de metrô e ainda encontrar uma hospedagem naquela hora. Como tinham o produto, isso mostra que é um problema do qual sabem. No dia seguinte solicitei novamente trocar de quarto, me colocaram em outro quarto, mas um quarto misto, sendo que paguei por um quarto feminino. Muito descaso, não indico.

Yo tuve problemas en mi alojamiento debido a una plaga de chinches en mi habitación, lo cual no me permitió descansar ni dormir.

Bedbugs! They have been cooperative about it, everything did look clean though, the receptionist was nice, but still... I left with severe swollen bedbugs bites.

There were bed bugs in my bed. Since I saw some reviews talking about this problem when I got there (and since it wasn't refundable) I looked at the sheets and didn't see nothing besides the ordinary. But then I was in the bed and saw a bed bug having a walk on the wall. The guy at the reception was very nice and gave me a refund. But I think that this problem should be solved, if they can't solve the problem while the hostel is open maybe they should close it and deal with it. It isn't hygienic or healthy for someone who stays there and is subjected to this.

The staff promptly checked me out, proposed refund and gave me coins to the washing machine, but checking reviews about this situation, we see the team frequently sharing the same copy paste answer and blaming bedbugs on anything but recognize their responsibility instead of doing something to stop the infestation. As someone super allergic to insects, my stay in Italy was cut in half and I’m now following medical treatment and we don’t even go for the psychological effects and fear of infesting my own house because of this. Honestly get better. There has been months of comments about bedbugs and it still keeps going

Purtroppo essendo allergica agli acari ho avuto un forte sfogo dopo aver lasciato la struttura dunque non sono riuscita a comunicarlo direttamente allo staff. Devo anche dire che non mi ero accorta di alcune recensioni molto negative rispetto alla presunta presenza di cimici da letto: inaccettabile! È davvero un peccato che una struttura potenzialmente ottima come qualità prezzo offra questo tipo di servizio. Consiglierei inoltre di formare in modo più professionale lo staff di check in, non tutti ovviamente: informazioni fumose sulle modalità di pagamento e dato per scontato la conoscenza degli spazi (cucina, spazi comuni) da parte dell'ospite.

Je suis rentré chez moi avec des morsures d'insectes, soupçon de punaises de lit. Et la personne de la réception à l'arrivée et au départ était antipathique. J'ai sûrement eu un peu de malchance cette fois-ci.

I would have given 5 stars, but I came home with bedbug bites. I had to clean my entire house and wash or freeze everything. It wasn’t worth it. Additionally, the hostel was already aware of the problem and did not warn me!

Unfortunately I was unlucky to find bedbugs in my bed. I know it's not entirely hostel's fault, because it was clean, but I was badly bitten by bugs and had scars for days. also had to desinfect all my stuff, so that's the thing that lowers my general experience.

L’hôtel est infesté de punaises de lit, à fuir!!! Le personnel en est conscient car énormément de personnes s’en sont plaintes mais aucune mesure n’est prise. N’y allez pas…

I got bitten by some kind of insect during my stay, could be bed bugs though I didn’t see any signs.

I didn't get to explore or enjoy much as I checked in late, went out to grab a bite and had to leave the property in the middle of the night due to the discovered bedbug infestation in my room as I was going to bed. The staff offered to give me a different room; however, they couldn't reassure me the other room would be bedbug free. I was given the refund for the room but I ended up paying the tourist tax twice and having to look for a new room 30minutes to midnight which was rather stressful.

O Hostel está infestado de percevejos de cama. Eu tomei picadas em todo o meu corpo e inclusive no rosto . Conversei com outros dois hóspedes que tbm foram picados pelos insetos, um era de quarto diferente do meu . Embora a atendente tenha sido solicita e me trocado de quarto, é inadmissível um Hostel sabendo que está com a infestação não trabalhar com a troca proativa das camas diariamente e higienização profunda. Eles são reativos, se você reclamar tomam ação. Meu rosto tem maus de 20 picadas de percevejo !!!

Mala experiencia, plaga de chinches presentes en todas las habitaciones. Personal poco amable respecto a esa preocupación, quien estaba a cargo en la noche nos cambió de habitación de mala manera. Mucho polvo en todos los espacios, dudosa higienización. Por esta plataforma me realizarán un reembolso, supuestamente.

Après une nuit passé, je me suis retrouvé couvert d’une cinquantaine de boutons de punaises de lit sur le corps. Avec de fortes démangeaisons pendant plusieurs jours. J’ai rendu les clés et le type à la réception à été très passif. C’est booking qui a ensuite pris les choses en main.

Unfortunately, there were bed bugs in a room next to mine, so I left a day earlier to avoid catching them.

Bed bugs!!! I stayed one night and the next day when I came back home I discovered I was bitten by bed bugs :( I started to have allergic reaction and itchiness along my arm and neck where I found the bites. Only few references here mentioned this problem but there are lots of warnings on Google which I wish I read before.

Dès que me suis installée sur le lit du dessus, j’ai vu des punaises de lit se balader au plafond. J’ai tout de suite pris mes affaires et je suis partie. Heureusement, le réceptionniste a accepté de me rembourser et d’annuler gratuitement ma deuxième réservation pour la fin de mon séjour en Italie. Je ne comprends pas qu’on laisse des établissements avec des punaises de lit ouverts.

Las camas infestadas de chinches.me desperté por las picaduras y mi almohada estaba llena de chinches, no una ni dos, parecía un hormiguero de tantas que eran, me cambiaron de habitación. Y la misma historia. Ellos están muy enterados de la situación, no si que medidas tomaron pero no funcionan o no existieron

This hostel is infested with bedbugs. I was bitten by bedbugs! I was moved 3 times a night to different floors in different rooms and there were bedbugs everywhere! I have video proof and a witness from the front desk. I didn't sleep all night in the end I had to sleep on a bench in the kitchen of the hostel. It was the most horrible humiliating experience of my life! I missed my train because of it! My trip was completely ruined and all my plans for the day were thwarted. There is also the risk of bed bugs in my luggage. This is the worst place this hotel should be closed and banned from receiving guests!!! I repeat this is not an accident I was in 3 different rooms on 3 floors each with bed bugs!!!! I demand compensation and refund! The hotel manager shifted the responsibility to the visitors and said that they are not guilty of anything! This place should be closed to visitors!!!

Não gostei porque sofri um ataque de bed bug. Fiquei toda cheia de marcas, foi muito ruim.

Bed bugs! I can't sleep all night!

the groundfloor seems very chic and has quite a vibe. BUT i woke up at 2am covered in BED BUGS. if you want to sleep safely please sleep somewhere else!! after i complained, i was given another room. soon afterwards (around 3am) another person came in. turns out his bed was also full of bed bugs. in addition, the bathrooms were not very clean.

Quando chegamos tivemos que esperar um pouco para fazer o check-in, pois naquela altura não havia sistema. Nós já chegamos mais tarde do que o previsto mas fora isso tudo ok. O pequeno almoço acaba por ser fraco relativamente à quantidade de hospedes que o hostel abrange e todos os dias é praticamente a mesma coisa, não mudam. Só tinha dois tipos de pão, não tinham panquecas por exemplo, fruta só uma variedade, achamos fracote.

I used the bathrooms in first floor. I think general bathrooms were not comfortable.

Las sábanas y no olían a limpio, habían cabellos y rastros de sangre en la cama... a lo mejor de chinches que mataron en otro momento, leí en comentarios que algunas personas se quedaron por estos bichos, si bien la cama que me tocó no tenía, la sábado y almohada si tenían manchas de sangre. No parecía que las hubiesen lavado.

Nao gostei que dei o azar de ser picada por percevejo no quarto que fiquei e me causou uma grande alergia precisando ser medica no meu pais de origem. Acho que deveria melhorar esse requisito de limpeza de praga.
