Bed bugs, unpleasant smell, and sticky floor. AC not working well

Found bed bugs the morning after my first night. I’m sure this doesn’t happen often as the staff were very quick to apologise and offer a change of room or a full refund for my stay. Well handled and would give this another go.

Bed bugs in the rooms

Don’t go to this hostel! I got bed bugs from this hostel. I know that this can happen everywhere, so I don’t blame them for it. But the staff is rude and not helpful at all. They refused to give me a refund and never apologised. Even tough it clearly is from sleeping there and now I have to pay to wash all my clothes and buy poison spray. While I was packing my backpack I saw that they only changed the bedsheets and another person moved into my bed after 30 minutes. They don’t care at all.
