Good location, helpful staff Found bed bugs the morning after my first night. I’m sure this doesn’t happen often as the staff were very quick to apologise and offer a change of room or a full refund for my stay. Well handled and would give this another go.

Guest report Hostelworld
Don’t go to this hostel! I got bed bugs from this hostel. I know that this can happen everywhere, so I don’t blame them for it. But the staff is rude and not helpful at all. They refused to give me a refund and never apologised. Even tough it clearly is from sleeping there and now I have to pay to wash all my clothes and buy poison spray. While I was packing my backpack I saw that they only changed the bedsheets and another person moved into my bed after 30 minutes. They don’t care at all.
