- C’est une honte. Nous avions demandé un taxis pour aller à l’aéroport et ils ont oublié de nous le commander ! On a faillit louper notre avion.
We had ordered a taxi to the airport and they forgot to order it for us! we almost missed our plane.

+ Al momento de llegar al hotel me dicen que mi reserva fue cancelada por motivos que estaba ocupada. Al revisar mi correo y presentar en recepción mi reserva me envían un correo unos minutos antes mencionando que tienen en reparaciones la habitación Al cual debería. Avisar antes o dejar no disponible su hostal
When I arrive at the hotel I am told that my reservation has been cancelled for reasons that I was busy. when I check my mail and present my reservation at the reception they send me an email a few minutes before mentioning that they have the room in repair which I should. notify before or leave your hostel unavailable

- It is shabby and dirty in the room, shared shower rooms and public toilet and be aware you will have to pay extra for tourist tax and booking commission when you check in (we paid 8 euro extra for the tourist tax and commission for booking the room via booking.com, which makes out 50 euro for one night). Overall, not recommend to stay.

+ La ubicación es lo único que rescato de la hostal, ya que estaba cerca tanto del centro como del terminal de buses. El desayuno no era destacable, pero decente.
- En primer lugar, la pieza estaba inmunda. Las paredes sucias y el papel mural roto, además del velador y el cubrecama manchados. Por lo demás, la habitación individual que me asignaron tenía un tamaño muy reducido, donde solo cabía una cama y un velador. Sería bueno que mostraran esas habitaciones en las fotos que publican, ya que solo dejan las de habitaciones para más personas. Por otro lado, las paredes son demasiado delgadas y se escucha todo el ruido que hacen en las piezas contiguas e incluso de piezas lejanas y del baño compartido. Además, en la descripción dice que se guarda silencio a partir de cierta hora, pero no se respeta porque de todas formas llega gente en la madrugada conversando a viva voz. Sumado a eso, dentro de la pieza había un aparato de calefacción que emite un ruido constante. Finalmente, la puerta de las piezas tiene una ventana en la parte superior que deja pasar toda la luz del pasillo y de las habitaciones que quedan al frente, dificultando enormemente la conciliación del sueño. La verdad es que fue una pésima decisión quedarme en esa hostal y no volvería.

Veel verbeter punten voor dit hostel. De assistente hoest constant, niet erg hygiënisch en een storend geluid. Kamer zat vol kleine vliegjes en langpootmuggen. Dekens zijn niet warm genoeg om door de koude nacht heen te komen. Douches lopen niet door en zijn vies. Ontbijt is oke. Maar ik zou hier niet terug keren.
The assistant coughs constantly, not very hygienic and a disturbing noise. Room was full of little flies and long-legged mugs. Covers are not warm enough to get through the cold night. Showers don't run through and his clothes. Breakfast is okay. But I wouldn't come back here.

- El baño de mujeres compartido no tenía espacio en las duchas, las piezas son muy chicas con mala ventilación, no tienen ni perchero para colgar tus cosas y la cama estaba llena de pelos, y me tocó al frente del baño de los hombres por lo que siempre que pasaba olía mal.

The hostel is very clean and the staff was always very friendly and attentive.It is very close to the center of Puerto Natales, less than 10 minutes walk which is very good.
