This is one of the best places to live in, next to metro. I paid 2400 dirhum for 25 days for bunker bed. Which keeps on shaking entire night due to girls coming at different times. Later 375 dirhum bring charged for the name of property tax upon reaching. The mattress is full of bed bugs which turned my body into big red patches and bleeding. After being repeated requests to MOHSIN bhai, it could only be cleaned and no changes of mattress, at last I need to leave the room. People staying there paying just 1400/- dirham for one month so they try to avail that every best opportunity to extract as maximum money as they can and make the tourists fool. I stayed in a room 1605. Rest all is good

- There was a bedbug on the bed and on calling reception to change our room she dismissed me and said there was no room instead of even say she will confirm with duty manager and get back- no professionalism! No consistency- rooms are missing items e.g ironing board when on the website it is included, glass in the room and old furniture in one while another had good furniture. - there is so much cigarette smoke coming into the rooms even though the hotel has a non-smoking policy! It was uncomfortable, everything smelled of cigarettes in the rooms even though I was switched to it is almost like it came through the vents! I had my 9 year old so you can imagine the discomfort! - The carpets are dirty, first room I was in felt small and claustrophobic. The Premium room I was upgraded to was more spacious and was more comfortable. - Dirty bathtubs - The mixed fruit salad had aome fruits that were off Not good value for money, the picture on the website and the hotel itself are 2 different things.
