Too many bed bugs and cockroaches. Filthy place and rude staff, especially the annoying girl with the aggressive French boyfriend. Don’t stay here.

The place is horrid and the staff are the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered in a hostel. They staff seem to think they own the building and one reception girl spent 5 hours cooking dinner in the communal kitchen whilst smooching with her lover also in the kitchen throughout. This made it impossible for anyone else to cook and when they had finished kissing and cooking by 11pm the kitchen was closed and it was too late for anyone else to cook and eat. The hostel is disgustingly dirty too and the owner is one of the rudest men I’ve ever met. Dreadful place.

BED BUGS DO NOT STAY HERE. Woke covered in bugs all over my bed and dormitory. The owner then moved me from a bed bug infested room to another bed bug infested room. The staff continued to allow bookings and put people in rooms they KNOW are infested with bugs. They refused to refund me after I woke up covered in bugs. It was an absolute nightmare experience. I have bites all over my body head to toe. I’ve never left a poor review on a hostel and I’ve stayed in over 60 budget hostels. I feel bad for the owner who is just trying to make an honest living, but knowingly putting people in infested beds is unprofessional and unethical. To all my fellow travelers, do yourself a favor and spend 5 more euros to stay somewhere cleaner.

Hostel viejo, sucio y descuidado. La limpieza la hacen una vez al día y si se puede llamar "limpieza". La mujer que hace los cuartos solo barre, jamás pasa un trapo (la ví hacerlo, me consta). Las duchas de los baños se llenan de agua y no drena. No hay lugar donde ubicar tus cosas. Las cortinas son transparentes. Cuartos sucios y tengan cuidado porque de noche hay bedbugs (chinches de cama). Hay que subir un piso y otro para el baño de mujeres. Lo único bueno es la ubicación.

Tuvimos una epidemia de chinches (bedbugs), a mi me picaron bastante. Nos devolvieron la plata de toda la estadía porque yo tenía muchas picaduras, pero a la gente que no tenía picaduras no les querían devolver la plata. Tuvimos que irnos 2 días antes de la finalización oficial de nuestra estadía por este problema.

Zero stars if I could! The room was so overcrowded I felt like a sardine, it was dirty, the door didn’t lock… and the grand finale? I woke up with bed bug bites after just one night. If you love the little critters, this place is for you! Ended up fleeing and splurging on the Tivoli Hotel—10/10 would recommend a bed that doesn’t eat you alive. Do not stay here!

We had bedbugs in our bed and the team didn't refund us.

BEDBUGS! BEDBUGS! BEDBUGS! BEDBUGS! BEDBUGS! BEDBUGS! Whole hostel was very dirty and we witnessed how hostel was being cleaned - no proper cleaning supplies used (cleaning with paper towels and water), only washing windows and mirrors and we are sure that beds, sheets, toilets and showers are not being cleaned with cleaning supplies.
