Dos bons quartos e limpeza dos banheiros Bichos percevejos de cama que estavam no quarto e não vi. Me picaram, estou tomando remédio e tive o maior transtorno da minha vida. Sem dormir por 3 dias e custos/prejuízo que acabaram com meu psicológico.

Leider hatten wir Bettwanzen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief schleppend. Während unseres Aufenthaltes würde uns auf Seiten des Gastgebers keine Lösung angeboten. Die fachgerechte Reinigung unseres Gepäcks kostet uns nun im Nachgang sehr viel Zeit und Geld.

The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport, nearby taxis, and popular city sights. There are plenty of dining options, and the nearest coffee shop is both affordable and pleasant. Check-in is straightforward. However, there are some issues. On the 5th floor, the shower water was cold, and on the 3rd floor, the shower is broken—you have to hold it as it's not mounted on the wall. If you have two consecutive bookings, they won’t allow you to stay in the same room, which feels like unnecessary inconvenience. The lift only goes up to the 3rd floor. Rooms and bathrooms are quite clean but very small, without even a small desk. I did see a few insects, though they didn’t appear to be bed bugs. There’s no staff on-site, cost-saving for the hotel. Only one shared toilet per floor. It's unclear if they allow luggage drop-off. Very noisy as no rules are posted on the doors and walls are thin, and guests are inconsiderate of others. Given these factors, the price could be lower.
Analisi dell'atmosfera
Saturdays e' una base centrale a Lisbona per viaggiatori che vogliono posizione, una camera semplice e un setup cucina/bagni condivisi piu' che una scena da ostello. Le parti utili sono dirette: accesso facile alla citta', self check-in, alcuni bagni puliti, abbastanza attrezzatura da cucina per pasti basici e camere che possono funzionare se prevedi di passare quasi tutta la giornata fuori. Trattalo come un crash pad basico, non come una crew incorporata. La presenza dello staff puo' essere minima, e l'edificio ha parecchio attrito pratico: scale, stranezze dell'ascensore, bagni condivisi, camere calde d'estate, fredde d'inverno, e rumore da strada, bar, corridoi, porte e stanze vicine. Fit migliore: viaggiatori indipendenti che vogliono Lisbona a portata e possono gestire un soggiorno ridotto all'osso. Se ti servono sonno tranquillo, reception presente, aria condizionata, riscaldamento affidabile o rifinitura da hotel, qui ci sono troppi segnali d'allarme ripetuti.
Segnali da controllare
- Il check-in e' per lo piu' self-service, e lo staff puo' essere difficile da raggiungere quando qualcosa va storto.
- Il rumore e' un rischio reale da strada, bar, porte, corridoi e camere vicine.
- Le camere possono essere calde d'estate e fredde d'inverno; aria condizionata o riscaldamento non vanno dati per scontati.
- Scale, stranezze dell'ascensore e bagni condivisi possono essere scomodi, soprattutto con bagagli o camere ai piani alti.
