Le quartier n' est pas terrible mais on peut pratiquement tout visiter à pied Situé au 4eme étage d'un petit immeuble tout a été refait a neuf Ça fait plutôt bonne impression quand on arrive Hélas..... NOTHING It was a total letdown as conflicting and confusing response was given regarding late check in after 6pm and late check out email request. A full day's charge for late check out was applied for abysmal poor hygienic stay, when confusing response had stated no extra charge. Apparently, only one query was answered and not the 2nd part of late check out. When the response was seen, it was assumed that late check out was acceptable as who would think that a hotel would charge additional for late check in ??? This appears to be s deliberate confusion and unfortunately left a very bad experience. We would never suggest this hotel to anyone and they should change the Grand name that they have given as there is nothing Grand about it! There were bed bugs and some bins were not even emptied from when the previous guests had left. The flask in the room was disgustingly dirty and a request was made to remove it immediately.

The Grand Suites sta per lo più al quarto piano di un piccolo edificio, con camere compatte e un piccolo ristorante invece di un vero setup comune da ostello. Il vantaggio pratico più forte è la posizione: stazione metro Gandhigram, riverfront, CG Road, Ashram Road e Navrangpura sono tutti trattati come anchor vicini e facili. I tuk tuk si trovano fuori, e la zona funziona soprattutto per uno stop breve in città dove i trasporti contano più del socializzare. Le camere possono sembrare moderne, appena ristrutturate, pulite e basiche-comode, con buona biancheria, bagni, docce, cose per tè e caffè, e cibo dalla cucina che a volte arriva bene. L’aiuto dello staff è misto: ci sono momenti caldi e reattivi, inclusi supporto speciale sul cibo e aiuto WhatsApp, ma anche servizio brusco, confusione sulle policy, frizione linguistica e fix lenti. Non è una base sociale. È un piccolo hotel urbano con camere strette, spazi condivisi limitati e operazioni irregolari. Sceglilo per posizione e camera semplice; cautela se hai bisogno di spazio, colazione affidabile, parcheggio, deposito o servizio polished.

- Le camere possono essere molto piccole, con poco spazio per bagagli, vestiti, lavoro o per muoversi intorno al letto.
- La colazione va da gustosa a molto limitata, tardiva o gestita male.
- Pulizia e manutenzione sono incostanti, con problemi seri nel record inclusi lenzuola sporche, cimici dei letti, perdite in bagno, problemi d’acqua e una borraccia sporca.
- Il parcheggio può non essere affidabile, anche quando pubblicizzato.
- La struttura è al quarto piano di un piccolo edificio e può essere difficile da identificare dall’ingresso.
