Backpackers Central Hamilton

My room had bed bugs.

While the beds were clean and as far as I can tell the facilities are bed bug and roach free, The floors were gritty, The carpets dirty, several areas clearly boarded up not in the we are upgrading way but the we aren't going to bother way, And the poor kitchen cupboards were a mix of broken drawers. On top of this, In my three bed dorm there were only two outlets. It's 2024. There should be at least one outlet for every bed.

Would do for a very short stay but pretty there was bed bugs which made my sleep pretty rubbish. Didn't feel super clean and bathrooms and kitchen need a refurb. Felt secure enough as key card access to building and rooms but less than half the lockers were actually usable. Would book another hostel if I stayed in Hamilton again (not likely)

I got bitten by bed bugs the first night I stayed here, then I realized I wasn't the only one. In the other room my friends all 4 of them were Alos bitten... Not werf the hassle guys

I didn't like this place. The room was very hot and no window opened. The mattress was very uncomfortable and I found LIVE BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!.

I was bitten by the bedbugs with strong allergic reaction. Have very "nice" spots (some of them 10 cm size) in all of the body parts. all of the nights were horrible.
