While the beds were clean and as far as I can tell the facilities are bed bug and roach free, The floors were gritty, The carpets dirty, several areas clearly boarded up not in the we are upgrading way but the we aren't going to bother way, And the poor kitchen cupboards were a mix of broken drawers. On top of this, In my three bed dorm there were only two outlets. It's 2024. There should be at least one outlet for every bed.

Would do for a very short stay but pretty there was bed bugs which made my sleep pretty rubbish. Didn't feel super clean and bathrooms and kitchen need a refurb. Felt secure enough as key card access to building and rooms but less than half the lockers were actually usable. Would book another hostel if I stayed in Hamilton again (not likely)

I got bitten by bed bugs the first night I stayed here, then I realized I wasn't the only one. In the other room my friends all 4 of them were Alos bitten... Not werf the hassle guys

I didn't like this place. The room was very hot and no window opened. The mattress was very uncomfortable and I found LIVE BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!.

I was bitten by the bedbugs with strong allergic reaction. Have very "nice" spots (some of them 10 cm size) in all of the body parts. all of the nights were horrible.

Backpackers Central Hamilton è soprattutto un crash pad economico e centrale per Hamilton, con il parcheggio gratuito come vero vantaggio pratico. Può funzionare per una notte veloce quando prezzo e posizione contano più di comfort, polish o energia social. Il setup è molto basic: cucina e lounge esistono, e potrebbe esserci un balcone o spazio esterno, ma il vibe è più stopover usurato che hangout da backpacker. Lo staff può essere gentile e disponibile, soprattutto su check-in, cambi camera, bagagli e parcheggio. Gli spigoli ruvidi sono seri. La pulizia è inaffidabile tra bagni, cucine, pavimenti, biancheria e spazi condivisi, con problemi ricorrenti di odori, muffa, docce intasate, superfici appiccicose e attrezzatura da cucina tenuta male. Le camere possono essere piccole, calde, buie, mal ventilate o senza finestre, e i letti possono essere scomodi o stranamente instabili. Questo non è il posto dove inseguire la magia da ostello. L'atmosfera può sembrare piatta, losca o poco sicura, con vita social backpacker limitata e controllo del rumore che potrebbe non reggere fino a tarda notte. Trattalo come letto budget di ultima risorsa, non come base divertente.

- La pulizia può essere scarsa, soprattutto in bagni, cucine, pavimenti e biancheria.
- Alcune camere sono senza finestre, soffocanti, calde, molto piccole o poco ventilate.
- L'atmosfera può sembrare poco sicura o scomoda, con poca normale energia social da backpacker.
- Rumore, porte sbattute, pareti sottili e debole controllo degli orari di silenzio possono influire sul sonno.
- L'attrezzatura della cucina può essere sporca, limitata, rotta o difficile da usare per cucinare davvero.
- Infestanti, muffa, cattivi odori, docce intasate e problemi di manutenzione possono essere presenti.
