This place was swarming with bed bugs in at least 2 dorms and a private room. The staff didn't seem to care. Except for this, the staff was friendly but unhelpful, they were not interested at all in assisting with my questions. Upsides are the rooftop terrace and the great location though. With some changes it could become a good hostel, but right now I can't recommend it.

BED BUGS + BAD STAFF. I along with a few other guests actually found bed bugs in both shared dorm room and private rooms. Informed the staff on different occasions but they ignored. Throughout our stay the staff were unhelpful, confusing and simply unprofessional. When we checked out on the last day and brought it up again they walked off without talking to us about it. No apologies, explanations or even defending themselves. What we experienced doesn’t align with the name of the hostel.

BED BUGS. Out of a dorm and friends in a private we found bed bugs in atleast 5 beds. Owners response was "oh ok". Owner is super unhelpful and doesn't care. Location is great though.

Friendly e costruito intorno a un cortile interno pacifico con piante, sedute tradizionali e te tutto il giorno. Sembra piu una casa restaurata di Yazd che un ostello standard: calmo, centrale, budget-friendly e facile da usare come base per la old city. La Jameh Mosque, il bazaar e i principali sights storici sono a breve camminata. Il lato sociale e low-key piu che party-heavy. Le serate possono raccogliersi intorno al te, al cortile o al rooftop, e il posto funziona bene per viaggiatori che vogliono conversazione senza un circuito ostello rumoroso. Parcheggio per moto e stato disponibile, e il team puo aiutare con bus, taxi, gite locali e onward transport. Le camere sono di solito semplici, pulite e confortevoli, con private room, dorm, aria condizionata in parti della struttura e buon valore per la posizione. La colazione puo essere un vero plus, soprattutto quando servita sul rooftop, anche se non e perfettamente costante. Il fit migliore e un viaggiatore che vuole la old-town Yazd, un ritmo gentile da cortile, persone utili, te gratis e un feeling da casa tradizionale piu che sistemi hotel lucidati.

- Alcune camere seminterrate o basse possono sembrare buie, muschiate, isolate, piccole o rumorose.
- La pulizia non e perfettamente costante, soprattutto intorno a bagni, lenzuola, aree colazione e condizioni delle camere vecchie.
- Il Wi-Fi puo essere debole o limitato in parti della struttura.
- La colazione va da eccellente a basica, quindi le aspettative dovrebbero restare flessibili.
- C'e stato un serio problema di cimici dei letti nel 2019; la pulizia recente sembra migliore, ma i viaggiatori cauti potrebbero voler chiedere direttamente prima di prenotare.
- La sicurezza puo sembrare troppo casual per alcuni viaggiatori, con dubbi su serrature delle porte e porta principale lasciata aperta.
