Recensione completaHorrible. The owner lost our reservation and had given our room to someone else. we were left without a room late at night and he didn't even apologise. Said it was Hostelworlds fault and not his. And then when I showed my reservation confirmation he claimed that even if there was a room free we would have to pay more than it said on the website, just because he wanted more money. We wandered the streets alone at midnight with no place to stay. please avoid!

Recensione completaMixed Experience - Friendly Owner but Hygiene Issues I recently stayed at Alex Villa Hostel in Bucharest, and the experience was a bit strange overall. On the positive side, the owner was very friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and offering us plenty of advice on getting around the city. However, the room itself had some serious drawbacks. There were no locks on the doors, which made us feel a bit uneasy about security. Additionally, the cleanliness was lacking

Recensione completaOne of the worst hostels I've been to. It looks like you broke into somebody's house, it's not an actual hostel. There's nothing welcoming about this place. It's small, dirty, smells like a retirement home, without any common area or any other backpackers. It's cheap for a reason but not a good one.
