I’ve stayed at this hostel twice, and my experiences were quite different. The first time, I stayed in a 6-bed dorm and everything was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful — they assisted me with luggage storage and gave a clear introduction to the facilities. The location is also very convenient, which made my stay enjoyable overall. However, during my second stay, I booked a 12-bed dorm. After just one night, I woke up with multiple red, itchy bites on my body. Since I had an early tour that morning, I didn’t pay too much attention at the time. It was only later in the afternoon, when I was leaving Cusco, that I realized the bites had spread across my arms, legs, and neck. The bites appeared in clusters and lines, which is very concerning and suggests possible bed bug exposure. This was a very uncomfortable experience and made me worried about hygiene and pest control, especially in larger dorm rooms. I did not have this issue during my first stay, so the difference between room types is quite noticeable. I appreciate the kindness of the staff and the good location, but I strongly hope the hostel can take this issue seriously and ensure proper cleaning and pest control in all dorms. I would recommend being cautious when choosing larger dorm rooms.

Analisi dell'atmosfera
Pariwana Cusco e una base centrale e molto energica a Cusco, dentro una bella casa coloniale antica, vicino a Plaza de Armas e San Blas. Funziona soprattutto se cerchi spinta sociale: attivita organizzate, bar, giochi, spazi comuni ampi, te gratuito, soluzioni pratiche per colazione o partenze presto, e tanti viaggiatori di passaggio prima o dopo i trekking. Quando la camera e quella giusta, i letti possono essere comodi e la posizione fa parecchio lavoro. Il rovescio e che non e un atterraggio morbido per dormire tranquilli o lavorare in pace. L'impianto da festa arriva nelle camere: musica nel cortile, karaoke, rumore del bar, strada vivace e rientri tardi possono scontrarsi con le sveglie all'alba per i trekking. Anche la gestione e irregolare: il Wi-Fi in camera puo morire, pressione e temperatura della doccia possono saltare, e ci sono stati tagli d'acqua la sera. Prenotalo se vuoi una macchina sociale centrale e puoi tollerare un po' di caos. Fai piu attenzione se ti servono internet affidabile, una doccia garantita dopo un'escursione, bagni moderni e puliti, camere calde o uno staff che risolva i problemi rapidamente.

- Il Wi-Fi puo essere inutilizzabile nelle camere e instabile in tutto l'edificio.
- L'acqua calda, e persino l'acqua corrente, possono essere poco affidabili, soprattutto negli orari doccia della sera.
- E un ostello rumoroso e orientato alla festa; musica, karaoke, rumore del bar e rientri tardi possono arrivare nelle camere.
- I bagni e alcune camere possono sembrare datati, sporchi, freddi, umidi o maleodoranti.
- Accesso alle camere e sicurezza possono essere fragili; usa gli armadietti e controlla bene l'assegnazione della stanza.
