In the middle of the night i discovered a huge nest of big bedbugs in my cabin. I told the reception but they didn’t seem interested or worried. They didn’t help me to find a solution so I went to another hotel. They told me they would close the building and clean everything. When I came back in the room a few hours later, the bed was made for a new guest already. This problem was not taken seriously!

All was just perfect mainly staff except bed sheet was not fine and a bed bug found in sofa .

Hostelworld lists this address as The Bohemian Chic Hostel. If you book the women's executive dorm, you will be placed in their "sister hostel", the Chic Capsule Otel. The following review is for said room. The main reason I'm giving this place one star is because upper-management (David, who I spoke to over the phone) was absolutely rude to me when I complained and asked for a refund. I have never been spoken to in that manner by hospitality management in my life. He told me that we all have a choice in life, and that I had chosen to be a difficult customer, and that I was "wasting his time". I regret ever finding this place, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Other reasons I was unhappy here: 1) One shower/ toilet combo for 12 beds with a heavy door that was hard to open. You also can't tell if anyone is in there. 2) The towel smelled DISGUSTING. 3) TV was confusing and there were no instructions posted. It turned out my remote was broken, it took some time for the problem to be resolved. 4) I saw a bug on the wall and squished it. I'm paranoid about bed bugs so I checked the mattress and saw black things in the cracks. The property manager was convinced it was dust, I was not, as I am not familiar with black dust. I freaked out and left. (Without a refund.). Maybe I was just being paranoid, but I wasn't going to take a chance and I was already unhappy at that point.

Great service for a cute little hostel but my top bunk bed was dipped/drooping downwards and another girl got bed bugs

The Bohemian sta a Chinatown, vicino ai collegamenti MRT, alle strade del cibo e a un percorso facile per l'aeroporto. Funziona meglio come base breve a Singapore per backpacker solitari che tengono piu a posizione, aiuto gentile al desk e possibilita di conoscere persone che a strutture lucidate. Il lato social e misto ma reale. Colazione, lounge reception, dritte dello staff e uscite occasionali come lo show di luci ai Gardens by the Bay possono rendere facile parlare con persone. Altre sere possono sembrare tranquille o piatte, quindi non aspettarti una macchina da party hostel completa. L'edificio e il compromesso. Le camere possono essere strette, buie, calde o con poco spazio per borse, e alcuni letti sono molto piccoli o senza tende. I bagni sono il punto debole principale: doccia e WC sono spesso compressi nello stesso cubicolo minuscolo, cosa che puo lasciare bagnati pavimento, sedile e carta igienica. La colazione e basic, di solito territorio toast o cereali. Lo staff e di solito un plus, con dritte utili sulla citta e aiuto pratico, ma il servizio non e perfettamente costante. Sceglilo per accesso a Chinatown e possibilita social sciolte, non per comfort elegante.

- I bagni possono essere minuscoli cubicoli doccia-WC combinati, con pavimenti bagnati e disponibilita limitata per piano.
- Alcune camere hanno muffa, odori di chiuso, poca circolazione d'aria, niente finestre o spazio bagagli molto limitato.
- I letti possono essere corti, stretti, traballanti o senza tende privacy a seconda della camera.
- Il pagamento con carta puo richiedere di andare in un'altra attivita vicina, e il contante puo essere piu facile.
- L'aria condizionata puo essere spenta durante parte della giornata, rendendo le camere calde.
