I stayed two nights in a mixed dorm of 4 with ensuite. I was pleasantly surprised - the room was clean, I was given a towel, the bed was comfortable and most importantly, there were no signs of bed bugs. HOWEVER, there MUST to be rules implemented for night time, especially for noise and check-in. On my first night, a couple checked in at 3am and made soo much noise, they turned the lights on, had a shower and at 3am spent 20 minutes blow drying her hair! Left the ensuite door open with lights.

Everything was super good(service, food and rooms) until I was bitten by bedbugs in last 2 nights and when I came to reception at night before my check out they told that it was mosquitoes but bites are on my back and they bite 5-6 bites in line which is not particular for mosquitoes. Now, I need to deal with these bites and take measurement myself. Meninger lost my brand inclusion after this because I always chose them before but they did not help me with this issue completely and took it easy.

Bed bugs found first night. Supervisor got sample of (live!) Bug, said would refund. Changed all linen. on check out, receptionist said Supervisor not around, but left word that because we stayed subsequent nights instead going elsewhere ( not stated earlier, also Black Friday weekend so no availability elsewhere). Fraudulent misrepresentation.

Analisi dell'atmosfera
MEININGER Milano Garibaldi e un ibrido chain-hostel pratico, piu macchina da transito che scena backpacker. Va bene a viaggiatori che vogliono una base abbastanza pulita e funzionale con cucina condivisa, sedute comuni, WiFi, opzioni colazione e accesso metro, soprattutto se l'obiettivo e dormire, farsi una doccia e muoversi per Milano piu che collegarsi alla nightlife da ostello. I positivi piu forti sono la metro abbastanza vicina, la colazione utile per alcuni soggiorni e gli spazi comuni che funzionano per cucinare base, rilassarsi o lavorare. Le esperienze con lo staff sono miste, ma ci sono abbastanza note su reception gentile da non farlo sembrare totalmente senza volto. Il gancio e la posizione e l'economia degli extra. E fuori dal centro, alcune camere stanno proprio vicino ai binari del treno, il deposito bagagli costa extra e i layout dei dorm possono sembrare scomodi, stretti e con poca privacy. E meglio per soggiorni brevi e pragmatici dove prezzo e accesso ai trasporti contano piu dell'atmosfera.

- Il rumore dei treni puo essere un problema importante nelle camere rivolte ai binari.
- Deposito bagagli e altre basi possono costare extra.
- I layout dei dorm possono sembrare stretti, scomodi o con poca privacy.
- Pulizia e risposta dello staff sono incostanti.
