I stayed two nights in a mixed dorm of 4 with ensuite. I was pleasantly surprised - the room was clean, I was given a towel, the bed was comfortable and most importantly, there were no signs of bed bugs. HOWEVER, there MUST to be rules implemented for night time, especially for noise and check-in. On my first night, a couple checked in at 3am and made soo much noise, they turned the lights on, had a shower and at 3am spent 20 minutes blow drying her hair! Left the ensuite door open with lights.

Everything was super good(service, food and rooms) until I was bitten by bedbugs in last 2 nights and when I came to reception at night before my check out they told that it was mosquitoes but bites are on my back and they bite 5-6 bites in line which is not particular for mosquitoes. Now, I need to deal with these bites and take measurement myself. Meninger lost my brand inclusion after this because I always chose them before but they did not help me with this issue completely and took it easy.

Bed bugs found first night. Supervisor got sample of (live!) Bug, said would refund. Changed all linen. on check out, receptionist said Supervisor not around, but left word that because we stayed subsequent nights instead going elsewhere ( not stated earlier, also Black Friday weekend so no availability elsewhere). Fraudulent misrepresentation.
