No lo recomiendo. La habitación que nos tocó era bastante fea, las sábanas tenían pelos, las almohadas un papel y el colchón sucio. Había chinches. El baño muy chiquito y viejo: Reservamos dos noches y nos terminamos yendo en la primera.

El baño súper incómodo, el inodoro dentro de la ducha y casi encima de el lavamanos, muy incómodo sentarse. Nos levantamos con picaduras en el cuerpo, no sabemos si fueron chinches o que bicho.

La limpieza. Roban en las habitaciones, las camas con chinches.

es carísimo el precio para lo que ofrecen, alquile una habitación privada y estaba sucia, la cama con chinches o no sé qué eran pero nos caminaban bichos, no nos dieron papel higiénico, olor a humedad tremendo, encierro y oscuridad, la habitación y decoración cero onda. Está bien para ser un hostel pero no para lo que cobran, es un robo cobrar más de 40 mil la noche esa habitación

Overall, the place is pretty run down - it was dirty pretty much everywhere, kitchen is super small with barely any tools, bathrooms very small and uncomfortable too and in my dorm, the bathroom door doesn't even close properly. The mattresses so worn down with holes etc... Anyway, this place needs some investment.

Mats at the reception is a great guy, and none of my rating falls back on him. That being said, there were bed bugs in my dorm, and I had to spend the night on a wooden chair crouching over a table in the lobby. However, the next day I found bed bugs in the lobby.

Hola pagué dos noches las cuales no pude dormir porque había chinches en la cama un horror los bichos! La verdad la pasé horrible toda picada.

Primer noche de 4 noches que reservé. Aún no puedo dormir y mis compañeras de cuarto tampoco. Plagado de chinches.

I unfortunately got bed bugs.

In the first night I was heavily biten by bed bugs all over my head, face, neck and arms. I found bed bug on the bed. I ended up in the hospital next morning. Apart from that place doesn't looks clean, kitchen looks horrible, staff kind of weird

Hostal immense et cher. Punaises de lit: j'espère que le propriétaire fera quelque chose pour décontaminer son hostal maintenant qu'il est prévenu ! Cuisine laisse à désirer : pas de verres, pas de tasses... Manque beaucoup de choses, pour un prix si élevé on s'attend à un autre standing !

la verdad que el hostel esta increible con una ubicacion unica pero el estado de las camas muy flojo, con decirles que volvi con picaduras de chinches por todo el cuerpo y rogando no haberlas traído en mi equipaje.

Habia chinches en el colchon. Me picaron toda. Terminé durmiendo en el piso.

Bed bugs. Dirty.

Las sábanas con manchas y pelos, parecía no haber sido cambiadas desde el último inquilino que ocupó la cama. Me las cambiaron pero no olían a limpias…Olor del hostel malo, a cerrado, humedades o sucio. Daños y baño muy antiguo y destrozado, (pintura en las puertas que daba imagen de descuidado, grietas en las paredes y humedades). Sin A/C, hacía mucho calor y solo teníamos ventilador. Me picaron muchos insectos, creo que eran bed bugs… En general un muy mala experiencia.

No tienen higiene .me quede 7 dias y durante toda la estadia nunca fueron a limpiar la habitacion las chicas que limpian solo cambian la bolsa de basura en las habitaciones pero no limpian el baño que esta lleno de moho y pelos tampoco limpian el piso, ellas solo limpian la recepcion y lugares compartidos pero las habitaciones son un asco y Las camas tienen chinches lo unico bueno era la ubicacion

In do not recommend going there now (jan 26), they have bed bugs! I got soo many bites and i met other people who also got them... i told the reception and they didnt do much... other than that its not a bad hostel, if hygienic condicions would be improved

BED BUGS, dirty facilities, no atmosphere, no AC in all girls room (so you either compromise comfort on a shared room or a room too hot to live or sleep), the fans they gave us for the hot room were caked with dust and did not work, they bumped up the price for new year while providing the same poor quality services. I had so many issues with this hostel, I ended up getting a refund and moving. Def stay in Palermo, don’t stay here.

Extrêmement sale. Des punaises de lit dans la chambre. La cuisine à vomir. Le frigo est plein de nourriture à moitié moisie. On a rien osé y mettre et étions vraiment pressé de s'en aller. A fuir absolument. Ne correspond pas du tout aux photos du site.

Les chambres ne sont pas du tout accueillantes et pas confortables, la salle de bain est rustre. Pas d’espaces communs pour se poser autres que les extérieurs. J’ai des amies qui ont eu des punaises de lit

La falta de higiene en la habitación compartida (12), dado que le alojé un finde (semana del 20/125) y volví lleno de picaduras de chinches, en principio pensé que eran los mosquitos, pero empezaron a brotar manchas cada día más, hasta que al volver a mi casa fui al médico y me dijo que eran picaduras de chinches.

No me gustó que hubiera chinches en la cama

The bed bug infestation. I asked the staff about changing rooms, or pillows, or sheets. He said “there is nothing I can do at this time”. Apparently there was not one clean sheet or pillowcase in the whole hostel.

Horrible. Can’t understand the good reviews. If you like showering over a toilet this is the place for you. My room was full of gross old local men. Found a bedbug under my pillow as I was packing up to get out of there. The woman on reception ripped the handle off my bag taking it out of the luggage room and didn’t even apologise.

Lo peor de este lugar son las chinches, volvimos todos picados y las encontramos caminando encima de las valijas, no nos dieron soluciones ni devolcuion del dinero. Al igual que las hormigas en la mesada de la cocina y las telarañas y arañas en las lucecitas de la terraza que al comer en la mesa debajo d ella, a muchas se nos caían las arañas encima. Si bien la limpieza está, la fumigacion no, porque hay plagas y son peligrosas para los huéspedes. Creo que también empeoró la situación la no ventilación de las habitaciones y baños, era imposible dormir con el calor y la picazón de aquellos bichos. Ahora, exceptuando lo anterior, parte de las instalaciones y la terraza y la atención del personal fue cordial y cómoda, me gustó que no nos estén encima controlandonos, cosa q en otros lugares si pasa y es muy incómodo. Es estéticamente muy bonito el espacio pero no volveria.

No sé alojen en ese lugar tienen chinches de cama y aún después de notificar al gerente lo dudan ponen en riesgo la salud de los consumidores ya que puedes tener enfermedad de Chagas.stay away from this place. They have bed bugs, and even after notifying the manager, they still doubt it. They put the health of consumers at risk, as you could have Chagas disease. It should be closed by health authorities.

Lovely atmosphere, nice rooftop tarrace, very friendly staff. Lovely neighbourhood. Unfortunately we had bedbugs (room 10). However the staff was very helpfull, know exactly what to do. They gave cream to put on the bites, payed for the laundry and refunded the night we didn't use (since we obviously wanted to switch). They told the cleaning team and they knew how to handle it too, they had a special spray for the stuff that could not get washed. This was helpfull. In the end: very unpleasant experience but the staff made it less awefull, thank you all! If no bedbugs I would recommend it.

Bedbugs absolutely everywhere. Mould... same story. The location, staff and layout of the building were all very good, but after seeing the room next to mine being fumigated by a man in a hazmat suit, my itchiness at night and numerous bites all over my body were confirmed as bedbugs which also was an issue many others were suffering from during my stay. I booked for my friend and I (both young female travellers) a bed each which were purposely in the same room. However, when we got to the hostel, we were split up into two different rooms. I asked to change this as this was not what we paid for, but they did not accommodate to our request. Instead I got put in a room with three older men and my friend got put in a room with an elderly couple. I also found that my bed had bedbugs. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

Very bad experience thoroughly disappointed, will not return...Considering how arrogant the staff was during my stay, I won't be surprised if they reply to this review quoting bad behaviour from my end....Stayed 1 nights and cancelled 6 nights !!!

friendly reception, booked a female dorm but they put me in mixed. some rooms don't have ac or fans - you will burn. had to move rooms because of bed bugs (literally woke up with rashes and I was red). you get what you pay for

staff super kind and helpful! some rooms have ac/some dont? not sure why. also had to change rooms twice bc there were bed bugs in the room. not the place if youre looking to meet people/not get bug bites hahaha

I got bedbugs, something that im not used to.. but im aware that it could happen. What made me angered was that i told the staff in the morning when i left the room, to double check, and when I got back nothing was done in my bed. The guy from the evening shift was so attentive that changed my mattress. The bathroom from the room is really small, I showered in other one. Apart from that everything alright.

Disculpe tuve una mala experiencia. Termine picada por chinches y toda brotada. Deberían realizan una desinfección.

Me hospedé para la feria del libro 2023 el año pasado y de nuevo para la de este año y me gustó bastante el lugar. El personal es super cordial.. se destaca Fernando que es un genio total! Se lo hice saber a la gerente, pero merece la pena destacarlo nuevamente por este medio. Las habitaciones son confortables. Tenes que traer tu propio candado para el locker y tu toalla. Las sábanas ya están incluidas. Lo único que bajó puntos fue el desayuno que solo incluía té, café y tostadas. Está muy cerca de la rural, supermercado y paradas de colectivos. Te piden que dejes un depósito de $2000 y cuando te retiras te los devuelven. Este año vi dos chinches en la cucheta de arriba. Me decepcionó un poco eso.

The room was so dark, on the first floor, very humid. It had super thin walls and you could hear everything from people going to the toilet, and the washing staff starting to talk loud at 8AM every morning. There was no window with daylight. The sheets had stains, and the bathroom got flooded every time we took a shower. There was even a bug looking like a big bed bug crawling on the floor at night (maybe was not a bed bug because of the size was approx 1cm). The price was way too high for what we got. Would not recommend going here for a private room. Don’t know how the dorms are like, but the private room was not good at all.

I had to go to the doctor because I got an alergic reaction to all the bed bugs bites I got in one night. But the employees were nice

No vuelvo. Tuve una mala experiencia en la noche ya que al acostarme había chinches en mi cama, me cambiaron de cama pero no pude dormir bien. Mi compañera encontró 2 en la almohada y a ella le cambiaron las sábanas. Deberían supervisar ese tema xq deja mucho q pensar de la limpieza y desinfección. El personal muy bien atentos y amable, los espacios comunes amplios.

This hostel is average. The location was great and I enjoyed the other travelers and staff. However, I found bed bugs in my bed so I left in the early morning.

No lo recomiendo. Si es por muchos días busquen algo mejor..no cambio mucho de la última estadía.Cuiden pertenencias porque empleados de limpieza se llevan lo que está caído abajo de la cama. Si van a pasar la mayor parte del día allí tiene terraza para tomar aire,tienen compu y espacio para trabajar ,las camas poseen chinches y según respondieron del hostel los traen los mismos huespedes de otro lugar(como si en la cama hay camaras para ver quien deja algo). La ubicación es lo único rescatable pero no está cerca de lo que sería centro (cobran en dólares por lo que si abonas en efectivo argentino (pesos)te cobran el 21%adicional y el tipo de cambio de ese momento ,pero es un robo porque cambia todo el tiempo ante un tipo de cambio muy inestable. El Baño es chico y aun sigue perdiendo agua y no te dejan un trapo para limpiar el piso El Personal:Fenómeno Limpieza regular.Encontre algunas telarañas en algunos espacios. Las camas es un prode,y no siempre están en buen estado. El aire acondicionado no funciona como debería. Locker (sin candado)Se compran allí. Desayuno (café nomás) y agua caliente.(Qué es lo que le falta a la ducha agua caliente!!) La Locación es antigua tapada con cosas casi vintage y estilo musical. El Wi Fi no agarra en los pisos superiores ,hasta el 1°piso llega. No posee ascensor. LEAN BIEN LOS SERVICIOS QUE INDICA LA PÁGINA!!!TE COBRAN DEPOSITO(seguramente por desconfianza ante robos) Y NO TE LO DEVUELVEN.

The ladies at the front desk were pretty helpful in checking us in and offering information about what to do in the area. This was our first nights stay to start of a 6 week trip in South America. We had a private room, upstairs with the David Bowie theme---long story short, my husband woke up in the middle of the night(4 a.m. ish) with bed bug bites. We actually found bugs, eggs, and bloods spots in his sheets where they had been squished. He switched to a different bed in the same room and tried to go back to sleep. The following morning we were going to tell the front desk lady, but she was on the phone and had a line of guests waiting to check in...we decided we would go get breakfast and tell her when we get back. After breaking the news to the front desk about the bugs and actually showing them the bug we caught in a plastic bag, we didn't get a very helpful response. Basically, she denied that they had bugs and have never had to deal with this before( which reading other reviews...this is not true). She then proceeded to question where we have been and where we had been staying previously...insinuating that we brought the bugs with us. I assured her that was not possible because this was our first stay of our whole trip and that you can physically see the bugs and eggs in the bed and bed frame. She told me they had no other rooms available for us, did not offer a refund, did not offer a discount. We found another lady working who was a bit more helpful and at least went to our room and sprayed some sort of chemical to help. Overall I would NOT recommend this place to stay at.

Lo mejor del Hostal fue la atención en recepción de Carlos, la señora nada que ver, una habitación el baño diminuto y otra habitación que nos dieron en dos oportunidades, TERRIBLE a mi hija la picaron chinches, fue imposible, NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOSTAL, Lo tienen que fumigar todo y cambiar todos los colchones estan manchados de heces de chinches, los sillones huelen a sudor lo que genera un olor feo en un espacio que puede ser agradable, muy mal administrado
