The worst thing actually - next to that it seems that noone is in charge of cleaning the place (especially not the bathroom and kitchen area), is that they just tried to get rid of bed bugs in the left room, but the owner didn't tell me anything about it. In my opinion he should have talked transparently about this and leave me the option if I want to choose another place. It was just so obvious that this was no normal cleaning what they did there in the middle of the night - what he tried to persuade me of (what is even more unprofessional) - and then I saw all the previous comments about the bedbugs. Unfortunately when booking the place it mostly showed me reviews from 2 years ago and they're pretty good - but they have nothing to do with the conditions right now!! Be careful of this and check for the actual reviews! Apparently in the right room, where I was, were no bed bugs. Let's keep fingers crossed I don't carry some with me now 🙏 so beside this there's just to say that there's one toilet and one shower for around 10 people, if the place is full.. so not really convenient.

There are bed bugs in the place!!!! It's terrible, I ended up with many bites, even the next day I could see the animals in the bed, when I reported it to the host he just changed the sheets and sprayed a spray that didn't help at all, they should do a deep cleaning. There were people staying there who smoked all the time so the apartment smelled like cigarettes all the day, they were also disrespectful, they would gather in the living room to drink in the early mornings, the kitchen was always dirty, the bathroom was even worse, I think a lot of this is because the guests who were there were very dirty, but in general they should be cleaner, it's a shame they have the place like this because the location is very good and the host is friendly but there is a lot to clean

Unfortunately, had lof of bedbugs when I was there. I had to change hostel during the night. I hope they will find a solution about it.

BEWARE of BED BUGS! Apart from being one of the dirtiest and seediest hostels I've ever been to, I've got bed bugs there, disgusting! Also, people (men) smoking all over the place, super dirty bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Just book anywhere else in Pristina!!!

Yellow Moon Hostel&Apartment e un soggiorno budget molto centrale, in stile appartamento, a Pristina, vicino a Mother Teresa Street, supermercati, ristoranti, fermate bus e principali sights cittadini. Va bene a backpacker che vogliono un letto economico, un setup casalingo e accesso facile a piedi piu che un ostello rifinito. Il posto puo sembrare friendly e informale, con host utile, consigli sulla citta, caffe o te, armadietti, Wi-Fi, acqua calda, piccola cucina e lavanderia che puo essere gratuita o disponibile con detersivo e spazio per asciugare. Il setup e compatto: un appartamento convertito con stanze condivise, living, accesso al balcone e strutture limitate. E un soggiorno ruvido e incostante. La pulizia e un rischio grosso, soprattutto in bagno, cucina, biancheria, asciugamani e aree condivise. Le recenti segnalazioni di bed bug sono abbastanza serie da rendere difficile raccomandare questo ostello a meno che il problema sia stato chiaramente risolto prima dell'arrivo.

- Le recenti lamentele per bed bug sono severe; conferma la situazione attuale dei parassiti prima di prenotare.
- La pulizia puo essere scarsa, soprattutto in bagno, cucina, biancheria e spazi condivisi.
- Potrebbe esserci un solo WC e una sola doccia per l'appartamento, quindi code e pavimenti bagnati sono possibili.
- Fumare sui balconi o nelle aree condivise puo far puzzare di fumo le camere.
- L'ostello e a un piano alto senza ascensore, quindi bagagli pesanti possono essere una rogna.
- La presenza dello staff puo essere limitata, e puo essere richiesto pagamento in contanti.
