We stayed at this property before a flight and had a very distressing experience. At 3:30 AM, we woke up covered in bites. When we turned on the lights, we found a large bed bug crawling on the bed and several more in the sheets. The bites caused a severe allergic reaction—my face and body swelled, including around the eye. We immediately showed the reception photos of the bugs and the bites. However, the staff did not check the room or offer any assistance. Danilo informed us that he spoke with his supervisor, Paulo (who does not speak English), and the only response we received was “maybe a refund on Monday.” We left the property without apology, concern, or resolution. This was not only a highly unpleasant situation but also a serious health and safety issue. We have still not received any confirmation of a refund or communication from the hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE – BED BUGS! We stayed here before a flight on Saturday and I woke up at 3:30 AM covered in bites. When we turned on the light, a huge bed bug was crawling on the bed, and we found multiple others in the sheets. The bites caused a severe allergic reaction – my whole body and eye are swollen. We showed reception photos of the bed bugs and my bites, but staff didn’t go to the room or verify anything. Danilo who was at the reception, said he was new, called his supervisor, Paulo, and said “maybe a refund on Monday”. We left with no apology, no concern, and no resolution. I’ve had to take time off work to go to the hospital. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

It was so bad that I found bed bugs on the bed evrynight, also, the bathroom ceiling would literally OPEN if u moved the door, AC was terrible … no fridge … the list goes on and on

He tenido mala suerte con una única cosa. Llegué al hotel muy cansado, y me quedé dormido sobre la cama de la primera habitación que me dieron durante una media hora, para despertarme rodeado (y picado) por decenas de chinches. Me bajé a recepción y me dieron otra habitación inmediatamente, con las disculpas del personal. Revisé la segunda habitación de arriba abajo, buscando chinches (en internet se pueden encontrar websites explicando como hacerlo, por ejemplo: https://www.rentokil.com/es/blog/5-pasos-para-comprobar-si-hay-chinches-de-cama-en-la-habitacion-de-tu-hotel/), y la segunda habitación estaba limpia. Eso sí, dejé todo patas arriba, en el día siguiente expliqué lo ocurrido a la señora de la limpieza, y ella fue realmente amable, me dijo que no me preocupara por el trabajo extra que le había dado, y me dejó todo impecable de nuevo. Estuve controlando durante el resto de los días que no hubiera quedado algún polizón en mi ropa o bagaje, pero finalmente eso no pasó. Me dijeron que la habitación de los chinches sería desinfectada y que quedaba de cuarentena. Unos amigos míos estuvieron en el mismo hotel pasadas unas semanas, y no tuvieron ningún problema. Fue un accidente, y no tendré problema en quedarme de nuevo en el mismo hotel, pero aún así, estaría bien que el personal de la limpieza tuviera tiempo suficiente para repasar que no queden inquilinos indeseables en la habitación antes de que entre un nuevo huésped. Pues eso, un accidente, una anécdota para contar a los amigos, ilustrada con los videos y fotos que hice (soy biólogo...). Ya sabéis, al entrar en una habitación de hotel, lo mejor es poner las maletas en la bañera, y seguir los pasos recomendados para la detección de chinches (ahora mismo es un problema global de los hoteles, aparecen hasta en los de 5 estrellas...).

Hotel com fraco atendimento, com pouco higiénico.. Em geral muito fraco para o anunciado. Ao fim da 1a noite de 2 estava com borbulhas de pulgas ou percevejos... Casa de banho com cabelos de anteriores hospedes. Nao recomendo nada...
