Termine todo picoteado de chinches, horrible experiencia. Terminé con el brazo y espalda llena de ronchas

Las camas estaban llenas de chinches y suciedad. El personal más lento que he visto en mi vida, más de dos horas esperando y ni había cola.

Simplemente nefasto desde el principio,en recepción una buena hora simplemente para conseguir las llaves y entrar cuando la reserva ya estaba hecha de hace semanas,lo dejamos pasar un poco hasta que entramos a la habitación. Nos estuvimos no mas de 20 minutos cuando aparece la primera chinche,mirar a la pared y ya era una invasión,desde las 11 hasta las 3 de la mañana intentando buscar una solución con el chico en recepción que hablaba español básico lo cual lo hizo todo mucho mas complicado,sin habitaciones extras,no tenian sabanas suficientes para cambiar las 6 camas y mucho menos tenian insecticidas,al final acabé diciendo de dormir en la sala de cine porque no pensaba dormir con bichos por mucho que en esa habitación no estuviera permitido dormir y el pobre chaval acabó sacando 3 camas de otra habitación. Sinceramente peor experiencia jamas en un hotel,pagar por una habitación de 6 privada para que dos de nosotros durmieran con chinches y los otros en la habitación con extraños por una malísima gestión y una limpieza pésima. No voy ni a mencionar los baños y las duchas porque creo que el resto de la reseña ya da una pista de como estaban

Not big fan of bed bugs and a hostel that treats you like open wallet and you gotta pay for anything extra like lockers, luggage storage or a towel from decathlon. The pictures don't match with real situation. No little table to sit. No shower and shampoo gel in the bedroom. No terrace entry despite of having half of the pictures with terrace view, no kitchen utensils. Just one dark place to sit and eat if they allow you.

Al dia siguiente de mi estancia, me salieron picaduras en manos y pies. No estuve en el campo, ni tampoco mucho al aire libre, ya que al llegar a Madrid, llegue a hacer el checking, dormi, y al dia sigueibte, trabaje en un estudio y directamente a Chamartin a coger un ave y a casa. Puede ser que en la habitacion 11, la cama D, tenga pulgas o chinches, revisenla.

Es war schon chillig, aber es gab Bettwanzen, deshalb hatte ich jetzt nicht die beste Nacht meines Lebens.

Horrible, no se lo recomiendo a nadie, al menos no cojan habitación en las primeras dos plantas, no vais a poder dormir del ruido de la calle que parece que estás dormido en medio de la carretera y si cierras la puerta del balcón te vas a morir de calor más la respiración de 6 personas en la habitación, aparte que hay chinches en la cama, y para hacer el check in vas a quedarte esperando en recepción más de 40 min, es mi humilde opinión

Horrible experience, two major events packed into a single night: 1- Bedbugs: I found out that there were bedbugs in my bed, and the worse of it, the people in the reception didn't even care. We literally forced the night receptionist to collect the sheets and change my bed. The receptionist in the morning didn't even ask which bed it was, so you or your friends may also stay at that bed. 2- Forced to wake up and stay up at 2 am, again, reception didn't care: They have a policy of late check-ins until 00:00. This is implemented in nearly all hostels to protect the people sleeping. Well, they have it too here, but they're lying. At 2 am, they let 6 VERY LOUD AND STUPID people check-in to our room. They opened all the lights and talked among each other and watched Facebook videos all night. They were messy middle aged women that didn't even stop after we told them countless times. We told the receptionist, and he dismissed us. You would expect them to be nicer after our bedbug situation, but I guess all these are normal for them. 3 - General hygiene: The showers are dirty, there's hair and weird stuff everywhere. There's a single soap dispenser for 6 taps. A lot of dust in the room anywhere except the bed sheets (maybe the bedbugs take care of the dust on the bed)

lo sucio que estaban los baños. que tengo el cuerpo con picaduras de algún insecto como pulgas o chinches .

The place was clean at least when I stayed there. I read the posts about bedbugs and checked everything but couldn't find anything and also haven't gotten bit. The showers are clean too and have a good amount of water pressure. The rooms are spacious (I stayed in a female only 4 person room) and there is a locker which sadly only works with certain kinds of locks. The location is central and in a good neighborhood. There also is a supermarket right next to it. Now onto the less good things. You are not allowed to take food up to your room, however there also isn't a real kitchen where you could prepare food. All there is is a microwave and a kettle. All of the places that are supposed to be the living rooms are really cramped and feel uninviting, which is definitely completely different to all of the other hostels I stayed in Spain. There is a rooftop bar with a terrace but in the days I have been there I couldn't use it once because there was always some private party going on. This leads me to the next point. Not only is the hostel located next to a busy street which in itself is already quite loud the private parties on the rooftop enter the building through the same staircase that leads to the rooms. This means that you can constantly hear people talking while also feeling like you're sleeping next to a highway. They also charge extra for every little thing. Such as leaving your luggage with them or renting towels. Overall the hostel is in my opinion just okay. I stayed there and didn't get bedbugs and could easily get everywhere but the next time I am going to Madrid I won't necessarily go for this hostel.

Bueno, desafortunadamente tengo cosas negativas que decir. En la cama encontré 2 chinches. Ya que me tenía que despertar en 2h (a las 6:00am), las maté y traté de seguir durmiendo. Tomé fotos y cuando hice el check in se lo comenté al trabajador, tomó nota y me recomendó que enviara esas fotos al correo del hostel. Esa misma mañana lo hice, pero hasta ahora no he recibido ninguna respuesta (1 mes después.) Por otro lado, llegué con una maleta de 23kg y al entrar hay escaleras, lo cual era bastante inconveniente para una persona que viaja sola con maleta grande. Por último, pondría una lejita en los aseos y una banqueta pequeña en las duchas para dejar accesorios.

Tuve una muy mala estadia en el hostel. Tenia reserva para el 28/8 al 31/8 tive un problema con el pago de mi tarjeta y quede en abonarlo y me aseguro el de recepción que si estaba cubierto, solo que debia abonar en tarjeta PORQUE NO ACEPTAN EFECTIVO. EL DIA 30/08 fueron a mi habitación y me hicieron desalojar porq no tenia pago mas dias (ya el de recepción de ese dia me dijo que no me preocupara q estaba disponible la habitación y que no iba haber problema por ello) sali el dia 30/08 molesto a buscar otro hotel para quedarme ya q me desalojaron. Deje mi hoja de reclamo y el personal de ese momento me dio totalmente la razon a mi. Posterior a esto en la tarde del viernes 30/08 empiezo a notar picaduras en muchas partes de mi cuerpo que no se van con nada, fui al hospital y me indicaron que son chinches de cama. No recomiendo para nada este lugar solo saben estafar a la gente. Ahora yo tengo muchas picaduras y me siento super mal por ello. He llamado al teléfono de contacto y no tengo ninguna respuesta, QUIERO QUE SE HAGAN CARGO DE LOS DAÑOS EN MI PIEL

La recamara tenia chinches y me dejaron muchas ronchas, no prendieron el aire acondicionado y hacia un calor horrible, no fue una buena experiencia

Ironically not that safe. They let just about anyone into the hostel for private events which is not only risky but meant that most common areas were closed to guests during those times. Found Bedbugs in one of the common areas. There were absolutely no kitchen amenities available to guests beside a microwave and a kettle. The wifi was also out of commission for the majority of our 4 night stay. Please stay elsewhere.

este lugar tiene chinches , como se ve en los comentarios de otros usuarios os recomiendo buscar otras opciones , las chinches fácilmente se encuentran entre las sabanas de todas las camas, no es nada higiénico

This place has bedbugs!!! The staff was very accommodating and gave us free laundry tokens, but management blamed us for bringing the bedbugs in. In the email to management we were told the general “we follow all sanitation guidelines” jargon, which was followed up by, “it is impossible to know in what condition travelers' luggage arrives, the hostel cannot be responsible for claims for this reason.” We were effectively blamed for the bedbugs and were refused a refund on these grounds. They obviously do not take bedbugs seriously. Do NOT stay here.

Edit: Management sent a message back implying that we brought the bed bugs and there will be no refund. We only went to Madrid for one night and traveled from home, there’s no way we had brought them! This place had bedbugs!! The receptionist gave us tokens to wash our clothes so we spent all morning doing laundry. When I contacted management about a refund they stated “Since it is impossible to know in what condition travelers' luggage arrives, the hostel cannot be responsible for claims for this reason. Therefore, no refund or compensation will be made.” They basically blamed us and said we brought the bed bugs with us which is impossible since we arrived from home and hadn’t been traveling before! Won’t be staying here and and wouldn’t recommend it!

We had bed bugs!! Make sure you check the beds before sleeping or give the hostel some time to get this under control. They took it very seriously and gave us tokens to wash our clothes, I sent an email about a refund but haven’t heard anything back!

Mi estancia en este hostal fue una experiencia inolvidable, pero por las razones equivocadas. Desde la primera noche, descubrí la presencia de chinches en mi cama, lo que arruinó completamente mi estancia. A pesar de informar inmediatamente al personal, la respuesta fue lenta y poco efectiva. Después de una noche sin dormir debido a las picaduras de chinches, decidí que era imposible quedarme las cuatro noches restantes de mi reserva. Sorprendentemente, la respuesta del hostal fue aún más decepcionante. A pesar de mi solicitud de reembolso por las noches no utilizadas, me negaron cualquier compensación. La falta de responsabilidad y empatía por parte del personal en este asunto me dejó sin otra opción que abandonar el hostal antes de tiempo. No solo perdí noches de sueño, sino también dinero que no fue reembolsado. En resumen, mi experiencia en este hostal fue un desastre total. La presencia de chinches y la falta de atención adecuada por parte del personal hicieron que mi estancia fuera insostenible. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie y espero que tomen medidas para mejorar la calidad de su servicio y la higiene de las habitaciones.

We found bed bugs in the beds. The half of the showers and bathrooms aren’t clean or working.

Horrible experiencia. Me alojé una noche de la que ni siquiera pude hacer uso porque había chinches en las camas y tuve que hacer el check out a la 1 de la madrugada sin sitio donde dormir porque no pudieron ofrecerme otra habitación y solo me dieron un par de sábanas limpias para que las cambiase yo. Envié fotos y comentan que no se hacen responsables ya que mantienen unas correctas medidas de higiene (cosa de dudo por todos los comentarios que estoy leyendo de otras experiencias similares) No lo recomendaría para nada.

Nos alojamos en la hab 53 y a la primera noche amanecimos picadas por chinches, sufro de problema de alergia y tomo medicación, no nos dieron una solución y nos quedaba una noche más y nos hicieron dormir en la misma hab, el chico que estaba de turno nos dio una ficha para lavar la ropa y un juego de sábanas y nos dijo que nos iban a hacer una devolución y que enviara fotos y un mail comentando la situación, a los días me responden el mail previamente enviado diciendo que no se hacían responsables que contaban con las medidas de higiene y no se hicieron responsables , cuando al dormir allí me salieron las picaduras al amanecer la primera noche y ni siquiera una disculpa me ofrecieron.

As roupas de cama tinham muitos percevejos. Aparentemente não eram lavadas da forma correta para eliminar os insetos.

Reservé miércoles y jueves y el viernes me marché, al día siguiente tenía los brazos llenos de picaduras. Al lunes siguiente volví y se lo hice saber a una de las chicas, me contestó que habitualmente desinfectan, que no sería de ahí. Semanas después me entero que han cerrado plantas y realojados los clientes en otras plantas, por plaga de chinches. Hay foros sobre el tema. Creo que la que me atendió podía haberme escuchado y mostrar menos soberbia, interesarse por donde dormí y revisar el estado. He dejado de ir, I am sorry (son muy ingleses ellos).

Me cambiaron 3 veces de habitación y me dijeron que es normal, me hicieron esperar 4 horas en recepción para tener lista una habitación. Las camas estaban llenas de chinches, era tanto que tuve que ir a las 4am a la recepción para cambiarme de habitación porque tenía las sábanas con sangre, al día siguiente le mostré las fotos a la encargada y colocaba cara de sorpresa, siendo que ya he visto varios comentarios donde pasa lo mismo, así que nada era nuevo para ellos. Pedía información de cosas puntuales en Madrid y las personas en recepción eran demasiado desagradables, si odian tanto su trabajo que por último no lo transmitan a las personas.

He tenido picaduras de chinches, tanto así que estoy medicado , tengo todo el cuerpo de picaduras, al menos unas 100, estoy con cremas y pastillas . ademas cuando llegué no había recepción mas de media hora. posible foco transmisor de enfermedades. Sería bueno realizar una denuncia de sanidad.

Lo único rescatable es la ubicación. Habitación 21 repleta de chinches que incluso se veían bajo las sábanas y la única solución que nos dio la chica de recepción fue cambiar las sábanas porque maté algunas chinches y estaban con sangre. Me fié de las opiniones de booking, pero después de ver que ni cama tenía Chinches, fui a las opiniones de google y oh sorpresa que el tema de las plagas en ese hostal ya es el pan de cada día, Aparte de la planta segunda cerrada, deberían cerrar todo el lugar hasta que no controlen esas plagas, ya es un asunto serio de sanidad pública.

Bed bugs bites and bed bugs as unwished gift from holiday which I took home unfortunately and as it was my last stay, it destroyed also my good feeling from holiday.

Avoid this hostel like the plague- they have a serious bed bug infestation and are still booking people into the rooms. All they do is change the sheets and spray bed bug spray when you complain, and get you to move beds. Given the many reviews backdating the bed bugs to over a month ago, save yourself the pain and do not stay here. They need to shut the whole place down and fumigate.

Chambre 23 infestée de punaises de lit. On a trouvé des piqures sur nos corps. La première nuit, nous avons cru à des moustiques mais avons pu voir le lendemain des punaises se balladant sur le lit. Vu le nombre, l'hostel doit certainement être au courant. C'est scandaleux.

Beware: There are BEDBUGS and all they did was change the bedsheets when i told them and they still continue booking more people instead of getting a professional exterminator to kills the bugs i have bites all over my legs, arms and back and they didnt offer me any other options nor a refund I also sent an email to the hostel about my concerns and never got a response I really wanted to like this place but the bedbugs ruined my stay

Qué triste me siento, estaba entusiasmado por esta estadía pero, ha sido más que decepcionante. Es sin duda, uno de los peores lugares donde me he hospedado en la vida. No entiendo cómo este hostal tiene 8 puntos en Booking, atención viajeros: - LA HIGIENE: de verdad que es decepcionante. Todo el pasillo del 5to piso huele a orine la mayoría del tiempo. La limpieza es bastante deficiente y no creo que por un bajo precio se deba negociar esta parte. - Se supone que hay duchas de chicos y chicas pero no hay control ni revisión del hostal, así que varias veces me encontré a hombres bañándose en las duchas de mujeres (mi esposa estaba conmigo en la estadía y para ella era súper incómodo) - Específicamente en el 5to piso los baños son usados por los clientes que vienen a la TERRAZA del edificio. Esto no tiene sentido, porque ves gente extraña pasando por el mismo lugar donde los huéspedes se están cepillando. Un poco de privacidad por lo menos entre huéspedes no estaría mal. Esta gente visitante a la terraza claramente están tomados, en ambiente de fiesta y dejan desastres asquerosos en los baños de los huéspedes del 5to piso. Por cierto, el ruido de la terraza es hasta un poquito después de las 12 de la noche pero, si te toca la habitación del 5to escucharás TODO. - LAS CAMAS: pican y son de goma espuma, tienen pelusa y están tan viejos que pasas la mano y se sienten las pelusas duras sobre la única sábana que te ponen, no tiene protector. (Algunos viajeros reportaron chinches; yo no quise ni revisar para no morir de un ataque, pero todas las noches me picaba el cuerpo en cuanto tocaba el colchón. Lean los comentarios de varios viajeros, no lo digo solo yo) - No tienen control en las habitaciones. Entra y sale la gente con tarjeta pero, en el piso 5 fácilmente cualquier visitante podría colarse y esto me pareció incluso, peligroso. No revisan si hace falta algo.

I immediately went down to reception where I was given laundry detergent and was told to just do my laundry and leave the rest of my stuff in the room because roomservice was going to clean my room and I could sleep there again tonight. That is NOT how a bedbug infestation works. I had to leave as my day was fully booked and I did not have time to deal with this. After a trip to the pharmacy, where I got steroid creme (that I payed for) I found out I am also allergic to bedbug bites, which aggravated the situation even more. When I came back to Safeaway to ask for a refund and to pick up my stuff to go to a hotel (that I also had to pay for) I was told they couldn’t do anything for me in terms of a refund and that I had to write to the manager. I wrote an email hoping for a response, (the receptionist told me that the manager was coming in the morning and that they would immediately deal with this) but I still have not received a response. I tried calling safeaway to handle the situation more swiftly, but nonone answers the phone. Overall a terrible experience and I still can not sleep from the hundreds of bedbug bites. Bathrooms are dirty too.

Paid for one week, but I left after one night since I woke up with over 30 bed bug bites on my body. Thats not how you want to experience your vacation. They should invest more in health standards. To be fair, reception and breakfast stuff are nice and friendly. Common area facilities are good. Heavy traffic noise makes it difficult to sleep.

La experiencia no fue buena en general, tanto la atención como lo ruidoso. Pero lo PEOR!! La segunda noche que estoy hospedada amanezco toda llena de picaduras, luego descubro que son debido a CHINCHES DE CAMA, busque en los comentarios y ya habia quejas sobre este problema, una lastima no haberlos leído antes de hospedarme. Que tenga aspecto de limpio no quiere decir que no esté infectado por alguna plaga.

La ubicación, el concepto, casi todo perfecto el único problema es que en mi cama había chinches y me picaron mucho ☹️
