The hotel was not as clean as expected. Bed bugs and blood spots were found in the sheets and because it was past 11 pm, I could get no help from the front desk. This resulted in having to go to the laundromat to clean all of my clothes until the first train started to run again. I reached out to management on Oct 8th to let them know they had a bedbug issue and hoping to receive a refund since I couldn't stay in that room. As of today Oct 18th, I have no heard anything from management. They have completely ghosted me. I would not recommend staying here.
