It wasn't clean. Very outdated. We were told by the desk clerk that we booked a smoking room. There wasn't a smoking or non-smoking on the website. He said it would cost $60 extra to get a non-smoking room. We told him we would just take the smoking room. He then told us he would help us. If we gave him $30 cash, he would put us in a non-smoking room. We declined. When we got to our room, we noticed there were no ashtrays. The room was very shabby. The curtains were ripped. The room was carpeted, but there was tile in certain areas. It was extremely sticky. The floor in the bathroom was not clean. We didn't use the shower. The water took forever to get slightly warm. The refrigerator didn't close. There were wet towels in the freezer and the refrigerator, and water was leaking. This was a very unsatisfactory one night stay. We did not have the continental breakfast, so we can't review it. When a property isn't clean, you don't want to eat there. In conclusion, we were also upset to look out our window and see stacks of mattresses and box springs stacked in the parking lot. This could have been because of a bedbug infestation, but it was very unsightly. The mattresses in our room were probably new, and they were comfortable.

Analisi dell'atmosfera
Il giardino tropicale interno è la personalità più chiara qui: grandi piante vive, una zona centrale tipo lucernario e una piccola cascata possono far sembrare la lobby inaspettatamente calma, quasi New Orleans incontra motel. L'edificio ha ossa vintage e un lato pacifico quando le cose funzionano. Le camere possono essere molto più grandi del previsto, con spazio per divano, sedia, tavolo, frigo e microonde in alcuni setup. La posizione è pratica per Wichita, con accesso all'autostrada e opzioni cibo vicine. Lo staff può essere gentile e rapido nel sistemare problemi di camera, anche se il servizio è incoerente. Non è una base sociale lucida in stile ostello. È una proprietà più vecchia in zona aeroporto con un giardino centrale stranamente affascinante e camere grandi, ma il soggiorno può oscillare forte a seconda della condizione della stanza, dello staff e di quali servizi funzionano davvero.
