*BED BUGS* I’m not angry that we got them, I’m upset at how management dealt with it. Our whole group received bites and they refused to acknowledge the problem. They continued to check in people to that room and lied to our faces that they had informed other guests. One member of staff then blamed the bed bugs on people bringing food into the room - that’s not how they work. We practically had to beg for a refund so we could deal with the laundry appropriately. Despite this, the vibe were good

Il Galley è un vivace ostello a Shkodër con gite di un giorno, escursioni e assistenza per il trasporto integrata nel soggiorno. Attività quotidiane, bar e pasti in gruppo rendono facile mantenere i piani in atto senza dover organizzare tutto da soli. C'è colazione gratuita, una grande cucina e una grande area esterna per uscire. Le camere sono spesso pulite e confortevoli, e alcune camere private hanno un bagno privato. L'ostello è vicino alla stazione degli autobus e alle parti centrali della città. Ha una forte atmosfera di festa notturna, ma il programma lascia ancora spazio per partenze presto e escursioni diurne. Il personale e' accogliente e disponibile, e il posto e' per chiunque voglia una base attiva piuttosto che un dormitorio tranquillo.

- Si inclina fino a tarda sera e non è adatto per un soggiorno tranquillo.
- Alcune stanze e bagni sembrano semplici piuttosto che lucide.
- L'ostello e' molto incentrato sugli eventi, quindi i tempi di inattività possono essere limitati.
