*BED BUGS* I’m not angry that we got them, I’m upset at how management dealt with it. Our whole group received bites and they refused to acknowledge the problem. They continued to check in people to that room and lied to our faces that they had informed other guests. One member of staff then blamed the bed bugs on people bringing food into the room - that’s not how they work. We practically had to beg for a refund so we could deal with the laundry appropriately. Despite this, the vibe were good

Vibe Analysis
The Galley is a lively hostel in Shkodër with day trips, hikes, and transport help built into the stay.
