Un marchand de sommeil déguisé en ''Hostel''. Beaucoup trop de lits pour une seule salle de bain! Je déconseille aux femmes les chambres mixtes (il y a des personnes vraiment bizarres). La clientèle laisse à désirer...Pour le prix il fallait s'y attendre. J'ai été piquée par une punaise de lit (heureusement je n'ai passé que quelques heures dans cet endroit). La salle de bain était très propre. L'équipe du soir était sympa et professionnelle. En revanche, j'ai eu l'impression de déranger la personne qui s'est occupée de mon check-out à 7h du matin (il soupirait et montrait franchement son agacement). Il m'a même laissée plantée 10mn à l'accueil en m'ignorant (j'ai été obligée de l'appeler pour qu'il vienne à moi...il n'a pas répondu à mon ''bonjour'') C'est une expérience minable et pourtant j'ai l'habitude des auberges de jeunesse à travers le monde. Je n'y reviendrai pas, trop mal fréquenté

Although a great location and easy to check in and out, the rooms are disgusting and not healthy to sleep in. The room I was allocated had no ventilation, it was cramped and the facilities were poor. The areas to shower and the toilet in the dorm were unclean, the duvet was dirty and I was bitten by bed bugs no doubt. As I was checking out, people were checking in and there was no evidence of any room/bed being cleaned. Awful experience

Horrible stay at Villa Saint Exupery Beach. The rooms are filthy and while staying there one of my roommates was bitten by bedbugs !! She had to go to the hospital and get confirmation for the hostel to believe her and they wouldn’t offer her a full refund on her stay. While staying at an all female room there were random men coming into the room sometimes and always older men hanging out in the halls. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable. When you send your laundry to be washed they give you dirty broken hampers to put them in. The electrical sockets do not hold adapters well and the rooms were always uncomfortably hot. The only saving grace for this disgusting hostel is the location, but it’s not worth the bed bugs and the filth you’ll encounter. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Analisi dell'atmosfera
Villa Saint Exupery Beach è principalmente un gioco di location: nel centro di Nizza, vicino al centro storico, Place Massena, collegamenti tram e a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Ha la grande struttura dell'ostello intorno a sé: un grande salotto, un bar, accesso alla cucina, deposito bagagli, accesso all'ascensore in parti dell'edificio e talvolta pub-crawling o prenotazione di attività. Gli spazi comuni possono essere la parte migliore. La zona salotto e bar è moderna e vivace di notte, con energia dell'happy hour e abbastanza spazio per sedersi, mangiare o riorganizzarsi tra la spiaggia e le piste della città. La cucina può essere utile, anche se l'accesso e la pulizia possono essere incoerenti. Il lato del dormitorio e' molto piu' duro. Le stanze possono essere strette, umide, rumorose e poco private, con letti a castello che potrebbero non avere tende, luci personali, prese di lavoro o molto spazio. La pulizia è un punto debole ricorrente nei pavimenti, nei bagni, nelle lenzuola, nelle docce e nelle cucine, e l'aiuto del personale può variare da gentile a freddo. Prenota questo per la location e la grande area comune, non per la scienza del sonno. Può funzionare per una base di Nice corta, sociale e economica se porti un asciugamano, tappi per le orecchie, un lucchetto e basse aspettative per la stanza stessa.

- Le stanze possono essere ristrette, con poca ventilazione, scarsa conservazione e poco spazio per il letto.
- I bagni e i pavimenti dei dormitori possono essere sporchi o in cattiva manutenzione.
- Il rumore può arrivare in ritardo dai corridoi, dai coinquilini, dal rumore della strada e dalla zona salotto/bar.
- Forse è necessario acquistare asciugamani invece di affittarli; la biancheria, il ritardo al check-in, la colazione, la conservazione delle borse e i lucchetti possono essere una questione di tempo.
- L'accesso alla cucina può essere limitato di notte o durante eventi privati, e il frigorifero condiviso può essere sovraffollato.
- Il supporto del personale è incoerente, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il check-in, i problemi delle camere, i rimborsi e gli oggetti persi.
- Gli armadietti possono essere piccoli o inaffidabili, e la sicurezza dei dormitori misti può sembrare debole.
