Nichts Im jeden Zimmer waren Bettwanzen.. furchtbar. Geld gibt keiner zurück, Rezeptionistin war der Meinung dass die Bettwanzen von mir sind🤣🤣 BITTE NIEMALS IN DIESEN HOTEL GEHEN!!!!

The hotel is located in a suitable place; being far from crowded area and in vicinity of a Lidl shop and train station. My bed had bed bugs, unfortunately. They bit me and I was irritated and it was not until last day of my stay which I noticed them on the bed and realized the reason for those itching and boils on my skin. They should be responsible to health and well being of their guests and consider satisfaction of their guests of their actual profit. I hope they act against this harmful pest by chemical-free alternative and environmentally friendly methods soon.

the room was very dirty. looks nothing like on the pictures. there are a bed bugs in the hotel. there is no proper shower stall and no floor adjustement or water tracker, so the water just runs all over the bathroom. toilet is in the same room as bathroom. lighting is very poor and no proper curtains are placed. Mattrace is in terrible condition and the bed sheets were clearly used by previous guest and not changed. no shower gels or towels were placed in the room. there was happening an event in the hotel full of loud people, wich receptionist could have informed us up front when checking in.

I need a refund as I got bitten by bed bugs and had the worst shortest sleep and my bites are still sore and itchy. Bed bugs

Günstige Preis und freundliche Personal! In den Matratzen waren Bettwanzen, und sie haben uns sehr stark gestochen. Das ist jetzt schon das zweite Mal.

Gar nix Sauberkeit war quasi nicht vorhanden Rostige Hoch-Betten die dazu noch quietschen Schimmel im Bad Denkenleuchte war ne Baustellen Lampe sprich nur die Fassung. Dreckige Matratzen BETTWANZEN!

I didn’t like anything. There were a lot of bed bugs. We couldn't even sleep for 10 minutes. We had rashes on our body. We complained at the reception. Then they gave us another room but it was used room. So, we have to leave the hotel in midnight at 1:00 am. This is very much disappointing.

Nothing there to like. A sex sale and drug addict place. I made a reservation through booking.com without reading the reviews. Later, I discovered the recent reviews on bed begs. I requested booking.com to cancel as I was travelling with a child and an infant. Booking.com was of no help and directed me to contact the property. I got two confirmations from the property that these sanitary requirement has been dealt with. The biggest lie I have ever been told. We arrive in the middle of the night only to find a horror room with bed bugs. We had no other place booked. The worst part was that they lied and put my entire family and babies in danger. The receptionist was smirking like he knew the whole time. For the love of God. Don't trust this property. I am taking this complaint the local health administration and consumer authority. We did not sleep there but in our car. The property did not even refund me and bluntly lied to booking.com that my complaints are not true and that their cancellation policy does not allow for a refund. Distusting behavior. Bed bugs and unclear basic sanitary requirements every hotel should meet - was not met.

Absolute nightmare. At around 1:30 a.m. we discovered bed bugs in our room and had to leave the hotel immediately. The most shocking part was the reaction at reception. The employee was not surprised at all and told us that the hotel had already been treated for bed bugs just one week earlier. If the hotel was aware of the infestation, guests should have been informed instead of being checked into affected rooms. Because of this we had to leave in the middle of the night, find another place to stay, and take precautions to avoid bringing the bed bugs home. We even had to throw away some of our personal belongings because of the risk of infestation. This is not a minor inconvenience like finding a spider or an ant. Bed bugs are a serious hygiene issue that can cause physical, emotional, and financial damage. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice. I have also reported this incident to Booking.com and requested a full refund.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist normal, aber die Bettwanzen sind schrecklich!!! Beschwerde Hiermit möchte ich mitteilen, dass es in dem Zimmer / der Unterkunft Bettwanzen gibt. In letzter Zeit wurde ich mehrfach gebissen, was starken Juckreiz, Rötungen und erhebliche Beschwerden verursacht. Diese Situation beeinträchtigt mein Wohlbefinden und meine Lebensbedingungen. Ich bitte Sie, entsprechende Maßnahmen zu ergreifen und das Problem schnellstmöglich zu beheben sowie eine Behandlung gegen die Insekten durchzuführen.

Die Eindrücke des Ootel in Berlin-Marzahn waren leider wenig auf der guten Seite. Parkplatz muss per Automat bezahlt werden, allerdings recht günstig für 24h parken (7 EUR), Ambiente ist in positiv und die Kiosk-Angebote sind klasse. Personal ist freundlich und bemüht, auch mit der nachfolgenden Kritik und den Beschwerden wurde professionell umgegangen: Zimmerwechsel gefordert (Bettwanzen in den Matratzen, Staub, u.Ä.), direkt neues Zimmer bekommen. Hier alles in bester Ordnung und angemessen.
