For the first time in my life, I have to give a lower rating than 6. This hotel shouldn’t be allowed to offer their services, in fact it should be visited and closed down by hygienic station. Mould was literally everywhere, the smell was gross, the room was dirty, the sheets and towells were everything mentioned above. During the first day, we found bed bugs on the bed and on the walls. After showing it to the personnel, they quickly changed the room for the one that smelled even worse. The best part? The next morning we found a cockroach in our new room. The pool is dirty aswell, this whole place is a mess. Under different circumstances, we would probably give a 2 or 3, but this hotel really should not be rated 8/10!

Mauvaise expérience pour nous chambre 14. Nous avons été dévorés par des punaises de lit vraisemblablement. Il y avait des taches de sang au réveil sur les draps. Et depuis cette nuit là nous souffrons énormément de ces morsures, nous en sommes couverts, jambes ventre dos bras. On doit desinfecter toutes nos affaire pour ne pas contaminer notre maison de retour en France. Et la chambre sentait très fort l'humidité. La salle de restauration également. Hormis cela le personnel est gentil, le quartier est chouette, et le rooftop vraiment très sympa!

The hotel is fine, the problem is that we got BED BUGS there. So, be careful. I Was there in 2019 October.
