For the first time in my life, I have to give a lower rating than 6. This hotel shouldn’t be allowed to offer their services, in fact it should be visited and closed down by hygienic station. Mould was literally everywhere, the smell was gross, the room was dirty, the sheets and towells were everything mentioned above. During the first day, we found bed bugs on the bed and on the walls. After showing it to the personnel, they quickly changed the room for the one that smelled even worse. The best part? The next morning we found a cockroach in our new room. The pool is dirty aswell, this whole place is a mess. Under different circumstances, we would probably give a 2 or 3, but this hotel really should not be rated 8/10!

Casa Ebano 967 ist vor allem ein Cartagena-Lage-Pick: nah am lebhaften Teil, gut zu Fuß, mit Altbaucharme, dekorierten Zimmern, Frühstück, heißem Wasser, Klimaanlage in manchen Zimmern und kleinem Poolbereich, wenn er wirklich nutzbar ist. Im besten Fall eine einfache zentrale Basis für Leute, die den Tag draußen verbringen. Neuere Aufenthalte sind nicht sanft. Wiederkehrende Probleme sind schimmelige oder muffige Zimmer, schwache Ausstattung, fehlende Basics, schlechtes Internet, Bau-/Poolunterbrechungen, Insekten, unregelmäßige Reinigung und Druck rund ums Bezahlen. Eher als bequeme Kurzaufenthaltsoption sehen, nicht als Ort zum Einrichten.
