For the first time in my life, I have to give a lower rating than 6. This hotel shouldn’t be allowed to offer their services, in fact it should be visited and closed down by hygienic station. Mould was literally everywhere, the smell was gross, the room was dirty, the sheets and towells were everything mentioned above. During the first day, we found bed bugs on the bed and on the walls. After showing it to the personnel, they quickly changed the room for the one that smelled even worse. The best part? The next morning we found a cockroach in our new room. The pool is dirty aswell, this whole place is a mess. Under different circumstances, we would probably give a 2 or 3, but this hotel really should not be rated 8/10!

Casa Ebano 967 is vooral een Cartagena-locatiezet: dicht bij het drukke deel, makkelijk te lopen, met aantrekkelijke oude-huisbasis, gedecoreerde kamers, ontbijt, warm water, airco in sommige kamers en een klein zwembad wanneer het echt bruikbaar is. Het beste scenario is een simpele, centrale basis voor reizigers die vooral buiten zijn. Recente verblijven zijn niet mild. Terugkerende problemen zijn beschimmelde of stinkende kamers, zwakke faciliteiten, ontbrekende basics, slecht internet, bouw-/zwembadverstoring, insecten, wisselende schoonmaak en druk rond betaling. Zie het als korte-stay gemak, niet als plek om te nestelen.
