For the first time in my life, I have to give a lower rating than 6. This hotel shouldn’t be allowed to offer their services, in fact it should be visited and closed down by hygienic station. Mould was literally everywhere, the smell was gross, the room was dirty, the sheets and towells were everything mentioned above. During the first day, we found bed bugs on the bed and on the walls. After showing it to the personnel, they quickly changed the room for the one that smelled even worse. The best part? The next morning we found a cockroach in our new room. The pool is dirty aswell, this whole place is a mess. Under different circumstances, we would probably give a 2 or 3, but this hotel really should not be rated 8/10!

Mauvaise expérience pour nous chambre 14. Nous avons été dévorés par des punaises de lit vraisemblablement. Il y avait des taches de sang au réveil sur les draps. Et depuis cette nuit là nous souffrons énormément de ces morsures, nous en sommes couverts, jambes ventre dos bras. On doit desinfecter toutes nos affaire pour ne pas contaminer notre maison de retour en France. Et la chambre sentait très fort l'humidité. La salle de restauration également. Hormis cela le personnel est gentil, le quartier est chouette, et le rooftop vraiment très sympa!

Casa Ébano 967 es sobre todo una jugada de ubicación en Cartagena: cerca de la zona movida, fácil para caminar, con huesos de casona antigua, habitaciones decoradas, desayuno, agua caliente, aire acondicionado en algunos cuartos y una piscina pequeña cuando realmente está disponible. Su mejor caso es una base simple y céntrica para quien piensa pasar casi todo el día afuera. Las estancias recientes no son suaves. Los problemas recurrentes son moho u olor en habitaciones, instalaciones flojas, básicos faltantes, internet malo, obras/interrupciones de piscina, insectos, limpieza inconsistente y presión por pagos. Mejor tratarlo como opción conveniente de estadía corta, no como lugar para instalarse.
