I liked the spacious dorm, chill vibe, good breakfast. I had bedbugs in my dorm (A1) and when I told them they put me in another dorm which didn‘t have any. Turns out another dorm had some too. What I‘ve heard it‘s a problem in Laos in general it‘s just a shame they don‘t react on it. They left my initial dorm empty but didn‘t even take off the curtains where the bedbugs were. It‘s a good Hostel besides that and I do think the bedbugs will be in many hostels so check your bed thoroughly.

It was a nice hostel and the staff were kind, great location. But my room and other rooms on my floor did have bed bugs which I don’t think were ever taken care of by the staff unfortunately. After changing rooms they booked someone into my old room the next day…

Stay away from here! The place seemed fine in the beginning… We then tried the laundry service, and when we got it back (they first gave us another man’s clothes), it was all ruined. All our white clothes had orange stains all over them. When we told this to the staff, they first refused to do anything and said that we must have made the stains ourselves - even though the stains were on everything white. After a long discussion, they agreed to try to wash the white pants (that were ruined the most) again and try get the spots off. They didn’t come off and the staff then told us, that the spots must have come from bloodstains from our other clothes, even though we were sure, there were no blood on other clothes - and the orange spots was definitely not from blood anyway. Our friends who stayed here at the same time, also woke up with bed bugs in their beds. Only after a long discussion, the hostel agreed to cancel the rest of their stay and give them their money back - but they still had to pay for the one night they spend here sleeping with the bedbugs…
