Quizás no sea la mejor estrategia de marketing escuchar a la recepcionista hablar por teléfono diciendo a su compañero o jefe que había unos huéspedes que se habían quejado de que habían encontrado bichos en la cama que parecían pulgas o chinches. Nosotros presenciamos la llamada y no nos hizo mucha gracia pues estábamos haciendo el check out. Por suerte nosotros no vimos nada en nuestra cama. El baño del piso 1 no cierra bien la puerta y me quedé encerrada, deberían arreglarlo.

⚠️Auberge bien placée et belle MAIS problème d’hygiène dans les chambres : draps avec taches et poils dès notre arrivée (ne semblaient pas bien lavés). Également nous repartons accompagnés de piqûres de punaises de lit (chambre 31). Elles ne peuvent venir que d’ici car c’était notre première réservation dans notre voyage. Dommage car le personnel est arrangeant, l’emplacement idéal et les locaux jolis.

Vibe Analysis
Malevo Muraña Hostel has the Palermo advantage: bars, restaurants, nightlife, and easy city movement right outside. The best-case version is a low-cost, well-located Buenos Aires base with some friendly staff and a social neighborhood doing most of the atmosphere work. The hostel itself is rough around the edges. Maintenance, cleanliness, mold, lockers, and staff consistency all come up, so this is not the place to romanticize. Choose it for Palermo access and price; keep valuables handled carefully and comfort expectations low.
