Sinds woensdag tot nu zaterdag niks warm water.leuk hoor niet kunne douchen.vind dat ik op zen minst wel een deel.van geld terug krijg...en heb bedwantsen gezien.

Full of bed bugs!!!

To my wife’s irritation, I jolted awake in the middle of the night on our very first day, my body itching all over. Half-panicked, I switched on the light, touched the stinging spots, and felt a trace of blood. My mind raced—it had to be bed bugs. But to my relief, two fat mosquitoes hovered nearby, their bellies swollen with my blood, humming triumphantly. That moment marked the start of three restless nights of mosquito warfare. Our frustration only deepened when we recalled the disappointment from earlier that day. The room we were given had walls plastered with scruffy paper posters(see pictures)—nothing like the spotless, gleaming walls we’d seen on Booking.com. I had rushed down to the reception to complain, but the receptionist merely shrugged and explained that the place had recently been downgraded from hotel to hostel, and this “new look” was part of their policy. What he couldn’t justify was why its photos still showed the polished charm of its hotel days. After the mosquito invasion, I took a closer look at the white duvet cover and noticed countless old bloodstains—likely remnants from past guests. It dawned on us that this hostel didn’t bother changing the sheets; they simply reused them. No wonder the room had smelled of human skin the moment we walked in. It was awful. And the bathroom? The bathtub door was gone—broken and removed—so every shower sent water gushing across the floor, leaving a soggy, irritating mess. The whole experience was exhausting and, frankly, ruined our holiday.

Too many bed bugs to in the property

Not a hostel i would recommend to stay. Firstly i was double charged as Hostelworld had taken money already - this affected the two people infront of me in the queue and others i spoke to. The clerk argued back to every customer without recognising this was widespread or having any compassion for the situation. The hostel was fairly dingy too, not provided any duvet/pillow cover, plugs were too close to bed to be of any use for any person in whole dorm and now covered in bed bug bites. Terrible!

The room smell bad! We couldn’t sleep well because the room was infested with bedbugs and they bite like crazy 😡 I never experienced this in Europe before! I literally committed after killing one of the bedbugs. I find it disgusting and unacceptable!

La peor experiencia de mi vida. La habitación estaba llena de polvo, había pelos en el baño, y pelos en la cama. Durante la noche no pararon los gritos de otros huéspedes de las habitaciones de al lado. Y para colmo nos picaron CHINCHES que me produjeron fiebre y tuvimos que salir de ahí a las 4 de la madrugada. Tengo fotos de chinches por todos lados en el edredón, en las almohadas, en las paredes. Tengo fotos de los pelos por todos lados. Pedí una hoja de reclamación y no me la dieron, me comentaron que mandara un email con la queja. A día de hoy no me han respondido al email. No lo recomiendo de verdad, a día de hoy sigo con las maracas de las picaduras de los CHINCHES, y puse una denuncia.

the room pics are misleading. the walls have stains, wear and tear marks. the bed sheets had red and pink stains, same with the pillow cases. it looked like bed bug stains and overall it was very uncomfortable and disgusting. we left the same day because we couldn't exist in such an unclean and unsanitary space.

De beestjes, bedwantsen... en na thuiskomst contact proberen op te nemen met het hotel, waarop geen reactie komt... dat is bijna nog erger... Hopelijk pakken ze het aan voor toekomstige gasten...

Normal hotel, but there are a lot of bed bugs. I can't stop scratching like a scab...

The minute you walk into the hotel it had an awful smell. The room had a very bad smell as well. The carpet was disgusting it was sticky and completely dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in many many years. There were mosquitos in the room which had bitten us. The bed sheets had stains and the pillows barely had a pillow case in them. There were bed bugs. The fridge was broken therefore we couldn’t put anything in there. There was only one plug out of the whole room. The shower curtain only stays half way while showering meaning water can spill out onto the floor. While staying there a room a few doors down their toilet had flooded therefore all the feces was in the hallway which absolutely stank.

Le séjour au sein de cet hôtel était horrible puisque j’ai découvert pendant ma premier nuit que ma chambre était inondée de punaises de lit. J’ai été piqué par cet insecte durant toute la nuit sans me rendre compte au début. A mon réveil, mon corps été couvert de piqûres m’empêchant de dormir et de profiter de mon séjour tranquillement. Un hôtel que je déconseille fortement et une expérience que je ne souhaiterais à personne. Je me trouve dans un état pas terrible à la suite de mon passage à cet établissement.
