Había chinches en las camas que nos picaron en las noches. No nos cambiaron las sábanas ninguna día. Mucho olor a cigarro la habitación. Los colchones forrados de plástico y muy incómodos.

Wir hatten Bettwanzen im Zimmer, und der Nachbar hat so laut geschnarcht, dass wir nachts die Tür knallen mussten, dass er aufwacht und nicht mehr schnarcht. Man hat es durch die Wand gehört. Das Kissen war komisch, und die Matratze war in Plastik eingehüllt. Auf dem Klo lagen Bonbons Unser Zimmer wurde gemacht, aber nur ein Bett gefaltet und der Müll nicht geleert

Es una vergüenza que esté abierto con todos los chinches que habitan allí. Nos fuimos con varias picaduras y con una sensación de engaño por las fotos que aparecen en la web.

There where bed bugs, I had many nasty stains on my body and we found dead ones and alive ones. The room smells like bleach. The hotel administration knows that they have bad bugs, but still renting rooms and for very high rates. We complained and asked for full refund, but they only gave us a half of it, that covered our stay in other hotel that we where forced to move in to after we found bugs in our room. In order to give us a refund they made us cancel our stay as “non show” Awful experience…

The hotel is not clean, the room smells bad and is very old. The worst part is that there were bedbugs that bit me all night. It’s also way too expensive for the quality. Don’t go to this hotel unless you’re ready to deal with all of that.

el peor de amsterdam, huele mal, es incomodo, es pequeño, hay chinches, nunca pero nunca se queden aqui, deberian sacarlo de booking porque es una estafa. hay hoteles mejores al mismo precio. deberían cerrar este lugar.

We arrived at the room and found pizza boxes under the bed and food scraps all over the place. On top of that, there were bed bugs, which can transmit diseases if they bite you. I went downstairs to complain and ask for another room, and I didn’t even receive an apology. How can you give a room to guests in that condition? It’s absolutely disgraceful. The second room they gave us had two separate beds, even though I had requested a double bed. To make matters worse, one of the beds was broken. Honestly, it was a complete embarrassment. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

poteva sicuramente essere molto peggio date le aspettative che mi ero creata leggendo le precedenti recensioni che parlavano di cimici da letto. Però é completamente deludente, le stanze erano sporche, niente cimici ma qualche macchia sugli asciugamani si. Nessun tipo di servizio,solo il Wi-Fi. Alla reception 2/3 persone erano scontrose. Poi io capisco che i prezzi ad Amsterdam sono alti ma come struttura non è in centro anzi in un quartiere vuoto a 20 minuti dal centro ma le stanze costano come un hotel in centro.

We found a bedbug. At night heaters were very loud that i needed to change a room, staff was very helpful and gave us new room for free. The nose was still there but much better. Towels had some dirt. One bed matress were very bad, not possible to sleep on it. The curtain were cut and we found someone elses used socks next to window

Hôtel miteux et répugnant. Chambres sales, nous avons retrouvé des punaises de lits au niveau du matelas, ainsi que des tâches brunâtres. Lorsque nous entrons dans la chambre, il y a une odeur d’œuf pourri provenant de la salle de bain. L’hygiène laisse vraiment à désirer, les chambres ne sont pas nettoyés tout les matins. Même en prison on dort mieux, et c’est sûrement plus propre que cet « hôtel ». Je ne recommande pas du tout, nous avons dû partir plus tôt que prévu, il était hors de question de dormir aux côtés des punaises. Payer une telle somme pour dormir dans ce trou à rat est vraiment exagéré.

El peor hotel en el que me he quedado. Tiene una plaga que se llama chinches y en la primera noche allí me han picado por todo el cuerpo. He tenido que ir a urgencias de la reacción alérgica que me provocaron, tuve que tomar medicamentos y se me arruinaron mis días de paso por Ámsterdam. La atención del hotel no ha podido ser peor. Se han negado a darme la hoja de reclamación y no me han devuelto el dinero completo. Así que ojalá mi pésima experiencia pueda ayudar a alguien más a no pasar por lo mismo. Estuve en este hotel el 18 de octubre de 2025.

The bed bugs, on our second night while laying in bed I noticed movement in the corner of my eye, it was bed bugs, immediately we jumped out of bed grateful we kept most our clothes in our bags off the furniture. My boyfriend immediately went to go get the receptionist who came upstairs looked at the bed to see them and upon seeing the room claimed that since he couldn't see them, there wasn't an issue and implied that we were making it up despite our photos of said bugs and that we had faked the pictures. He left and said to prove it, so we had to physically trap some into a glass to 'prove' it to the staff. Upon this, he said we could move room for the night, but there would be no promise about the next night, and we may end up back there. This was at 1 in the morning. 10am the next day we were told we could stay in the 'clean' room. On our final morning, at 9am when check out is 11am, we were awoken by one of the staff members opening the door telling us to check out. No knock until after the door was open, very handy. I do not recommend it here. There are many more reveiws stating the bed bug issue (but on other sites - not here), so I can imagine this being a recurring issue.

Evitate questa struttura a ogni costo. Non esagero quando dico che è stato il peggior soggiorno della mia vita. Dopo poche ore dal nostro arrivo, abbiamo scoperto che la stanza era infestata da cimici da letto e altri insetti. Le lenzuola erano sporche, l’odore insopportabile e tutto dava l’impressione di abbandono e incuria totale. Abbiamo chiesto aiuto sperando in un minimo di comprensione, ma ci siamo trovati davanti a un personale maleducato, aggressivo e completamente privo di rispetto. L’host, invece di aiutarci, ha minacciato uno dei nostri rappresentanti e ci ha intimato di lasciare subito la struttura, senza offrire alcuna soluzione, scuse o rimborso. Siamo stati costretti a fuggire nel pomeriggio, in un paese straniero, senza un posto dove dormire e senza alcun supporto. È stata un’esperienza traumatica e umiliante, che nessun viaggiatore dovrebbe mai vivere. Chiunque stia pensando di prenotare qui: non fatelo. Risparmiatevi soldi, stress e soprattutto la salute. Ci sono tanti altri posti dove vi tratteranno con rispetto,questo non è uno di quelli.

Bed bugs infestation!!! Very aggressive manager denying the obvious reality even when shown proofs. Issue reported by many (unfortunately I saw it afterwards), but because of denial of reality the issue will never be solved. If you go you will be bitten and take the risk to bring the infesation with you back home. I trashed my bag and clothes before going home to avoid it. Your stay will cost you way more than you think.

maybe the fact that the beds air made on hills you’ll fall off them. plus the bed bugs all over u in the night ain’t the best.

Dear future guests, you can really connect with nature during your stay in flipper hotel. It offers you such possibilities as seeing a rat, sleeping with bed bugs and innovative spa- water pond in the bathroom after every even the shortest shower. It can take you back in time… We would recommend staying here if you want to appreciate what you take for granted what you have at your own house. If you decide not to take a shower for a few days while staying there, fortunately you won’t have a mirror in the room to look at yourself.

The room had bed bugs. This is an ongoing issue as there are multiple reviews saying the same thing. I asked for two single beds and was told that i could have that and was then given a room with a double bed. The room was tiny and felt like a prison cell. The bedding was dirty. The pillows were like a bag of potatoes.

J’ai eu des punaise de lit sur mon corps . Heureusement je n’en est pas pris avec moi dans mon sac . Et tout était vétuste , aucun confort … je n’avait pas vu cela sur internet . Sinon je n’aurais jamais réserver . On aurait dit une chambre de bonne !?!

It was quite cheap and well located but my friend and I unfortunately understand why the next morning. There were bed bugs in his bed !! We couldn't stay there anymore and have to find another hotel for the rest of our trip which was more expensive !

I got bedbug bites all up and down my body the last night I stayed.

Er was melding van bedwantsen. Tevens slechte hygiëne. Wij deden een acceptabel voorstel om te annuleren. Het hotel weigerde elk voorstel.

Most importantly, and the reason for the low review, they have a bed bug infestation! I had close to 20 bites all over my body after one night. Be careful of you decide to stay at this hotel and check all the folds of the mattress carefully (I didn't check). In addition, the room looked pretty shabby with detaching in some places wallpaper, it lacked proper ventilation, other than an open window, that didn't help at all with closed curtains. The room was extremely warm because of it. The bathroom deserves a separate mention. The description said it was a shared bathroom, so I expected a room with a couple of showers, toilets and sinks all to be used independently, but it turned out to be a tiny room with one shower separated by a shower curtin from a toilet, that's it. And this tiny bathroom was shared by several rooms.

Plan: 2Tage Sight-Seeing Ostern in Amsterdam. Vorkasse für 11Personen 6 Zimmer 1,8k ein halbes Jahr im Voraus - die wissen schon warum. Check-In: Zunächst weiß die Rezeptionistin auf Anfrage nicht, wo sich das Hotel in der Stadt befindet und wie wir ins Zentrum kommen. Parkscheinautomat? Keine Ahnung. Wo die Zimmer im Hotel sind? Keine Ahnung. Zimmer 1 Bettwäsche verdreckt. Zimmer 2 stark nach ätzendem Reiniger riechend aber Fenster nicht zu öffnen. Zimmer 3 Schrank kaputt, Tür kaputt Fenster schließt nicht. Zimmer 4 Bettwanzen. Zimmer 5 Bettwanzen und Jauchegeruch - Waschbecken ohne Siffon. Toilette und Duschen unbenutzbar klein und versifft. In allen Zimmern Tapete Fußboden versifft, Elektrik abenteuerlich. Plastiktapeten mit Latex an den Wänden befestigt, muffiger Geruch, gruselige verstaubte Lampen etc. Um alle Probleme kümmert sich morgen der Manager, heute niemand da. Am Morgen hat sich aber niemand gekümmert. Wir Konnten in den "Wanzen und Gestank"- Zimmern nicht schlafen und haben es auf dem Sofas der Lobby probiert, hier war allerdings der Securitymann sehr aktiv und hat uns aller 10Minuten geweckt und gesagt wir sollen in die Zimmer gehen. Wir sind schon sehr asoziale Hotels gewohnt, aber das hat dem Fass den Boden ausgeschlagen. Kurz entschlossen haben wir nach einer wachen Nacht abgebrochen - Jubel beim Personal, da sie so die 6 Zimmer noch schnell neu vermieten konnten. Geld zurück gibt es nicht.

Ropa usada debajo de la cama (medias y camiseta ). Alguna especie de chinches o algo que me pico de noche. El lavamanos era demasiado pequeño, cepillarse los dientes una odisea, baño mínimo y pequeño.

the worst hotel I've ever been to, never go inside, it stinks, I was bitten by bedbugs, I asked for my money back and they never gave it to me, the toilet stinks and all the beds have bedbugs, be careful, don't be fooled by the price

I letti sono molto piccoli e materassi non sono stabili, facile rotolarsi e cadere, se non state attenti.

De receptioniste sprak geen Nederlands! Er hing een ondraaglijke rioolstank in de kamer. De vloer was verrot en bedekt met tapijt,het plafond metsporen van water. En het belangrijkste,we werden vreselijk gebeten door bedwantsen!!! Dit is de slechtste ervaring van eenverblijf in een hotel.

Monsieur/Madame, Je tenais à exprimer ma profonde déception concernant mon récent séjour dans votre établissement. Malheureusement, l'expérience n'a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes pour plusieurs raisons. Tout d'abord, la présence de punaises de lit dans la chambre a sérieusement perturbé notre sommeil et notre confort. De plus, il faisait extrêmement chaud et le velux de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, aggravant notre inconfort. L'absence de climatisation a également rendu la situation encore plus difficile à supporter. Je regrette sincèrement d'avoir réservé dans votre hôtel et espère que vous pourrez prendre des mesures pour améliorer ces aspects à l'avenir. Cordialement,

La literie laisse à désirer, tant en terme de confort que de vétusté (draps tachés et abimés, oreillers très durs). Les murs révèlent des traces d'humidité et les rideaux ne tiennent presque plus. De plus, bruits dans les autres chambres très perceptibles. Quelques frayeurs quand nous avons vu les commentaires concernant les punaises de lit.

Les punaises de lit et les traces de défécation de punaises sur des oreillers sensés être propres.

Tout, état de crasse général, fuites au niveau de la plomberie, punaises de lit, taches sur le matelas de sperme, réparations sommaires de la chambre, lit pour anorexique, 70 cm de large, poignée de salle de bain hors service. À fuir.

Chambre minuscule, sans douche et dans un état laissant à désirer. Je me suis réveillé le lendemain avec des piqures de quelque chose que j'espère ne pas être des punaises de lit..
