Yo hice una reservación para dos2 adultos y dos niños en dos hoteles diferentes, en este no se me respetó el precio de booking y me cobraron extra. Mi hijo manchó las sábanas con guerber y me cobraron $350 por lavar las sábanas, cosa que no creo que hagan porque SALIMOS LOS 4 con piquetes de chinches, o sea que sus colchones son sucios. MALÍSIMA EXPERIENCIA el personal grosero y despota. Los únicos amables son los de la cocina
