absolutely nothing everything from extremely rude staff that if you complain about something like no TV they tell to leave , they are pakistanian and need to be reported , i finally saw the owner on the last day and he is even worse , this property needs to be condemned c, i really font understand how you can rate them even this good when it’s a health hazard along with everything else , no phone , no carbon monoxide or fire detectors , police showed up everyday for i am assuming drug activity or prostitution ! i will not stop complaining as i don’t want to see anyone else fall victim here as i did , do not stay here i started my career in Hotel mgmt years ago and changed fields to pilot so i travel all around the world and i have stayed at done not so great places but at least the staff was helpful and made up for it , Thus place needs condemned until its gutted and renovated and not trying to price gouge public and keep it open when its deplorable and loaded with german cockroaches , bed bugs and others

absolutely nothing i would definitely stay clear of this property, saying goes you get what you pay for but you don’t even get that first of all the 2 Pakistanian men are so nasty and rude to everyone !!!!!! as bad as the property is they should have a nicer staff, i have a lawsuit against the owner for harassment so i will not say much !no fire detectors, no carbon monoxide detectors, no telephone ! this property needs to be closed condemned until up to standard code , bed bugs, cabbies i would not wish this property on even my worst enemy ! the owner and staff need to go like i said i’ve been in Hitel bussiness since 80’s starting at Days in moved up over years to G.N these people are horrible and as you read you will not se any nice comments mainly. cause if the staff!!!!!

N/A I don’t like the roaches. I didn’t like the bedbugs. I didn’t like the fact that the staff didn’t acknowledge me. When I first walked in. He didn’t talk to me greet me. By far the very worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life. The pictures are completely misleading in comparison to what the hotel experience was actually like.

Whatever you do do not come and stay at the Norwood. They have roaches and bedbugs. They’re very trifling here right now. There are aware of the bedbugs. It’s out of control here very uncomfortable booked the room for a week regretted it had to throw everything away. Bedbug and roaches very dirty place to stay

Nothing it was filthy and I reported it they should be shut down then they had the nerve to charge a deposit I will never book here ever again they want my money back they took pictures and videos of the room Everything and it won’t let me load the videos I reported that already but I have proof the bed bugs is enuff proof and this the 2nd property with bed bugs
