This place is infested with bed bugs. I got bites all over my body. Terrible.

The facilities were horrible everything smelt awful the bed had bed bugs and I woke up covered in bites. The bathrooms were disgusting

I was bitten multiple times, resulting in severe allergic reactions, fever, and I had to seek medical treatment. My entire trip was ruined because of this. There were clear blood stains and signs of bed bugs on the bed sheets and pillow. This is not just uncomfortable — it is a serious health hazard. The accommodation clearly fails to meet basic hygiene standards. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. This hostel has a lot of potential and is part of the HI network, which is usually great. Unfortunately, this is not the case here. The location is near San Siro, but the surrounding area feels dirty and neglected. The hostel itself feels abandoned in terms of cleaning. I stayed in Room 26, and the lockers were absolutely disgusting—full of old food, crumbs, trash, and even used razors. The bathroom was just as bad. The WiFi is non-existent; they claim it’s a capacity issue, but I had to pay for an external connection to get internet which is OK, just don't advertise free wi-fi. Regarding the bedding: you get clean sheets, but there are old blankets on the bed that clearly don’t get washed. These are necessary because there is no heating (or they don’t turn it on). I had to sleep fully clothed with my jacket on to stay warm. I read reviews about bedbugs, and while I didn't see any, the general filth makes you feel constantly uneasy. The lighting at night is terrible, making the place feel sketchy. Walking from the reception through dark corridors feels like entering a dangerous alleyway. Proper lighting and professional cleaning would change everything because the building itself is nice. My recommendation: Do not stay here. It’s not cheap enough to justify these conditions. Pay a bit more and go somewhere else. I feel bad for the front desk staff because they were very kind and helpful, but the management and cleaning systems are a disaster. Also, the entrance often has groups of people hanging out in the dark, which feels unsafe; better lighting outside would help. Overall, a very disappointing experience. It has parking it cost 15 euros de whole day which is good and they have locks you have to leave 10 Euros as a deposit.

I booked this place at the very last minute without thinking too much, and it turned out to be the worst hotel of my entire life. There were blood stains on the bed, clear evidence of bed bugs. The lockers have no keys, there’s no power socket near the bed, and everything about this place makes you feel uncomfortable. To avoid getting bitten or robbed, I ended up sleeping by the window in the common area. It’s not even cheap for a dormitory. They brag about being close to the stadium, but Milan has excellent public transportation, so that’s not an advantage at all. Honestly, this place should only be your very last resort. Or better yet, if you’re a thief looking to steal from other guests, this is the perfect place for you. Seriously, a hostel without lockers that can actually be locked should not even be allowed to operate. As many other reviews point out, the owner never takes responsibility and has absolutely no intention of improving this place. It’s obvious that the hostel perfectly reflects its owner’s personality—arrogant, careless, and shameless. There’s nothing to save or defend about this disgrace of an accommodation. And if this place is really a three-star hotel, then the average dog kennel deserves five stars.

Unfortunately there were some blood stains on the bed. I bet you have bed bugs or once had them. There is no locker that we can lock. Accommodation facilities that do not have lockable lockers are not qualified to operate as accommodation businesses. To prevent bedbugs from bringing anything home and to prevent other guests from stealing my luggage, I slept in the hard, cold common area next to a window.

I stayed here for 5 days in a 6-bed room. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the location is okay if you like being near San Siro Stadium. Cleanliness and facilities were a big issue — my roommates and I had to change rooms because of bed bugs (thankfully I had a sleeping bag liner which partially protected me😅). The kitchen microwave was dirty and missing its glass plate, but the reception helped me heat my food. The stay was… eventful, to say the least. On one day, the police came because a guest’s iPhone was allegedly stolen and a crying kid was left alone in the dining area — not sure what happened there. On the same day, some tenants were kicked out for lacking proper documents, leading to shouting and a dramatic door-closing scene. Definitely not a relaxing stay, sometimes funny — but if you want chaos, surprises, and a story to tell, this place delivers! Its an experience you won't forget.

Cleanliness, there were bed bugs on my bed and my roommates bed. The clean sheets that they gave me were also not clean. The shower water i thought is cold initially but takes about 5-10 minutes to heat up or get at least get lukewarm. I tried to avoid showering there. One day there were even police who came to investigate someones phone which was stolen and the last location showing was in this hostel. Some guests were also kicked out, with quite a lot of shouting between the receptionist and the guest as the guests didn't have the necessary documents to stay at the hostel.

Bedbugs. 20 minutes in bed, I begin itching. Another person jumps out of their bed, points out the bedbugs. Staff moves us to a new room. My clothes and backpack were exposed. Staff brought a steam cleaner to help clean our clothes. Later I saw dark specks on the mattresses in the new room. I dared not sleep. I packed up and left at 4:30am. Spent 30 € at a laundromat. Was told I’d have to apply to the manager if I want a refund. They never gave me his name. No sleep. No remuneration. No good.

Ha sido la peor experiencia en un albergue...no sé ni por dónde empezar porque tengo que hacer de TODO. Los comentarios malos de la gente de quedan cortos... en primer lugar ubicación en un barrio marginal donde cuando cae la noche hay mujeres de compañía y otras cosas... da miedo ir por la calle parece que todos vayan a hacerte algo o robarte.. luego entras en el albergue y siempre hay como 10 personas interrumpiendo la entrada, fumando y bebiendo..cuando entras enfrente de recepción hay un sofá con una sábana que ahí se suben con pies sudados y da muy mala imagen de gente con poca higiene.. Hubo un problema con la reserva que mi pareja y yo queríamos una habitación privada y nos equivocamos y nos habían reservado en una habitación compartida con 6 camas en total... queríamos arreglarlo a ver si había posibilidad de cambiarlo o alguna solución y el de recepción al principio: si claro, no hay ningún problema.. hoy no, pero mañana lo vemos... pues así toda nuestra estancia.. dando largas.. unos mentirosos. Teníamos reservado 5 noches pues solo hicimos 4 porque ya no aguantamos más las condiciones de ese sitio..la primera noche nos quedamos sin mantas ... en milan en octubre con unas sábanas de verano y sin mantas ni calefacción en ningún sitio del albergue.. un frio insoportable. La puerta de la habitación medio rota la cerradura.. las habitaciones con humedades y chinches. Poca higiene en todos los sentidos . Te Dan un juego de sábana que encima te tienes que hacer tu la cama.. no Dan toallas, hay que alquilarlas.. papel higiénico tienes que ser listo y coger cuando pongan porque sino se acaba y ya no hay... la gente que va a ese albergue es muy sucia y fuman en los baños... la segunda noche sin avisar una de nuestras camas nos la desacieron y tuvimos que volverla hacer... y desayuno tienes que pagarlo aparte pero viendo las condiciones del sitio prefiero desayunar fuera... luego en el pasillo al lado de las puertas están las taquillas que de 10 funcionan 3 porque están mal las puertas y no cierran bien y cada vez que quieres sacar algo abrir taquilla que cada vez que abres se escucha en todo el pasillo y molesta y las habitaciones tienen un cristal encima de la puerta que se ve la luz del pasillo en las habitaciones y no puedes descansar bien..en fin podría seguir pero resumiendo no vayáis a este sitio al no ser que seáis gentecilla... pagar un poco más... merece la pena mucho.a nosotros no nos importó perder el dinero de una noche y salí de ese infierno.. consejo para el albergue deberíais invertir un poco en arreglar lo que esté roto como mínimo.

Prostitutes on the street next to the hostel, the hostel was super filthy, loud and had bedbugs. Did not recieve a refund after leaving the hostel 2 days early and requesting one.

To make it even worse, there was a line of people behind us who had the same issues! 5 other visitors. DONT STAY ON FLOOR 3. we showed pictures and proof of the bugs. they did nothing. we contacted “higher ups” but the number wasn’t even working.

I recently stayed at this hostel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. The first thing I noticed was that the place didn’t seem well-maintained. Many of the lockers were broken and wouldn’t close properly, which was already inconvenient. Then, on one of the mornings, there was no hot water, so I couldn’t even take a proper shower – something you really don’t want to deal with while traveling. However, the worst part by far was discovering bed bugs in the room I was initially assigned. It was incredibly gross and left me feeling really uncomfortable. They did move me to a different room, but I couldn’t help thinking about the poor people who probably had to sleep with bed bugs in the original room. On top of that, the motion-sensor lights in the locker area were really frustrating. They would turn off just seconds after you stopped moving, making it almost impossible to see when trying to get things in and out of the locker. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they make some serious improvements.

Ich habe in diesem Hostel, trotz der vielen schlechten Bewertungen, für 2 Nächte geschlafen. In Bezug auf den Standort kann ich sagen, ja es ist etwas weiter vom Zentrum entfernt, aber mit der Metro super angebunden. Die M1 ist 8 min zu Fuß weg und die M5 10 min. Das Hostel liegt auch nicht in einem wirklich schönen Stadtteil, aber das war eigentlich vollkommen ok, eben weil es so gut angebunden war. Das Gebäude selbst ist auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man auch, heißt das zum Beispiel die Farbe auf den Wänden abgeht. Man hat eine Art Balkon, der aber durch eine Backsteinmauer mit Löchern, abgegrenzt ist. Es fällt aber durch aus Licht ins Zimmer. Grundsätzlich waren die Zimmer aber sauber. Täglich zwischen 10 und 14 Uhr waren Reinigungskräfte dort und haben Zimmer und Bad sauber gemacht. Jeglicher Schmutz der danach kam, war von Hostelgästen, die ihren eigenen Dreck nicht weg machen. Man muss da einfach sagen, dass es sich um ein Hostel und nicht um eine in Hotel handelt. Vieles, wie zum Beispiel das Bad so zu verlassen, wie man es vorgesehen hat, liegt also in Eigenverantwortung. Morgen gab es außerdem Frühstück, was im Preis inbegriffen ist. Eine riesen Auswahl gab es nicht. Man konnte Cornflakes mit Milch oder Zwieback mit Marmelade und Butter essen. Mir hat das ausgereicht, wer da mehr braucht, muss sich andere Optionen überlegen. Es gab sowohl Kaffe, als auch Saftautomaten. Das Personal war wirklich zuvorkommend und super lieb. Grundsätzlich kann ich nur sagen, dass ich mit meinen Aufenthalt zufrieden war. Gerade für den Preis, war das alles vollkommen ok. Man kann für den Preis nicht erwarten, dass alles high-tech und neu ist. Ich hatte weder Bettwanzen, noch Probleme mit Hostelgästen oder dem Standort. In anderen Rezensionen ließt man, dass in der Nähe Sexarbeiterinnen ihren Job machen, auch davon hab ich nichts mitbekommen. Beim Thema Sicherheit kann ich sagen, dass die Zimmer alle mit Schlüsseln abgeschlossen werden konnten. Gepäck konnte im Zimmer und auf den Gängen eingeschlossen werden. Es geht hier sicherlich moderner, aber sicher habe ich mich schon gefühlt. An der Rezeption saß auch immer jemand, der geguckt hat wer rein und raus kam. Ich glaube, dass man in Bezug auf Hostels seine Erwartungen herunterschrauben muss. Wie gesagt es ist kein Hotel und für den Preis war das alles vollkommen fair. Wer mit Budget reist, kann hier auf jeden Fall für ein paar Nächte unterkommen, wer das nicht tut hat in Mailand ja mehr als eine Möglichkeit anders wo zu schlafen.

J’y suis aller. J’avais peur en voyant tout ses commentaires négatifs , finalement sur place je n’ai pas croisé de punaise de lit , saleté , ou autre chose dérangeant le monsieur de l’accueil a même était très gentil. C’était propre et très bien Aussi j’ai quitté vers 3h du matin et le quartier n’est pas du tout dangereux comme j’ai pu lire dans certains commentaire …

Pretty bad stay, beds are non comfy, was itchy with what seems like bed bugs bites and the toilets was disgusting. Honestly one of the worst hostels I’ve stayed and for the price it’s pretty wild. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Attention : hôtel de passes pour prostituées, ménage non fait, douches et sanitaires totalement délabrés et surtout mixte, punaises de lit, pour le déjeuner pain de mie 1er prix ou biscottes. Le meilleur : personnes inconnues qui entre dans votre chambre en pleine nuit !!!

Bedbugs...ho telefonato per chiedere se potevano controllare e mi hanno detto che non c'era nulla. Ma dal giorno dopo il mio soggiorno ho constatato più di 50 punture sul mio corpo.

Everything really. It's not clean no privacy bathroom and showers are mixed. It's not clear in the map, the address is confusing for people living in Milano when you are just tourist you're lost. Charging problem they have only for Italian charger and 1 in the room if you want other European you need to charge in bathroom and shower room which is for everybody. There is bugs in the beds. On all my body uuuffff bites from bugs in 2023 common No it's real shit I am sorry but it's the truth.

Awful awful AWFUL!! Do not stay here! Firstly there’s no AC so it is roasting hot meaning you need the windows open. I am no covered in mosquito bites. Where I am not covered in mosquito bites, I have a lovely collection of BED BUG BITES all across my face, like everywhere, right at the beginning of my trip. Only booked this because we would arrive in Milano late at night and it was close to the bus station so we could catch a few hours of sleep. I was so wrong. Met by a hallway that looked like an old abandoned/bombed school. Smashed open lockers, crappy doors and a disgusting bathroom with no light. When I went to bed in it anyway, the light from the hallway shone into the room and showed TONS of bedbugs on the wall. Sat up and they were in my bed as well. Went right out of that room and the first thing I see in the lobby is a rat. After some back and forth, I got an upgraded room which seemed better, but honestly could not sleep at all, was so creeped out. An absolute nightmare, could not wait to check out, I cannot believe how this has over 5 rating. Avoid it at all costs. Ah yeah, and the included breakfast wasn't even ready half a hour after it should be, so didn't get that either, but probably for the better let's be honest

AWFUL! Worst hostel experience ever. Not safe at all and in a very unsafe location. Rooms were unclean (found a bed bug), air con didn’t work, bed broke, no charging plugs near bed, lots of creepy people hanging around and bathrooms were not clean and often out of toilet paper. Would never ever stay again.

Don’t stay here. Do not do it. I now am dealing with bed bug bites everywhere. It is unclean, and it has an odd vibe. Located in an unsafe area of Milan. The rooms were extremely hot and small. The lockers were located on the outside of the rooms, so you have to leave the room to access your stuff… which is fine unless you are in a rush. The doors also do not open. The only “good” thing about this hostel was the nice woman at the front desk.
