Extremely dirty, bed bugs and others, lots of noise from the guests, a lot of falsity, unkind personnel, private stuff go missing if you leave your room. Reservations not respected. Drogadicts are welcome, not recommendable at all. Run away from this place.

Nos echaron del hostal prometiendonos que nos devolverian todo el dinero. Ahora nos dicen que no lo van hacer. Volvimos un par de dias despues para pedirlo en persona y nos dijeron que teniamos chinches. Nos enseñaron fotos de un chinche de la habitacion en la que solo estuvimos media hora. Esto hace casi un mes y no encontramos ningún chinche en nuestras cosas desde entonces, así que o dejamos el unico chinche que teniamos allí o buscaron una escusa mala para no devolvernos el dinero o de verdad tienen chinches en hostal. De todas manera me parece una verguenza no cumplir promesas. They kicked us out of the hostel, promising to refund our money in full. Now they're telling us they won't. We returned a couple of days later to ask in person, and they told us we had bedbugs. They showed us photos of a bedbug in the room we were only in for half an hour. This was almost a month ago, and we haven't found a single bedbug in our belongings since then, so either we left the only bedbug we had there, or they came up with a lame excuse not to refund our money, or they really do have bedbugs in the hostel. Either way, I think it's shameful not to keep promises.

They did not let us stay in the hostel and kicked us out because they thought we had bedbugs due to putting our clothes in plastic bags. They assured us that they would refund us but are now are refusing.

Was not given a key to my room upon arrival. A locksmith was supposed to come the next day to change the lock which never happened. Left for a couple of hours and someone went in the room and stole from me. They said the cameras would be checked but I’m sure they don’t even work. I assume it was one of their staff. There was also bedbugs, let the rude “receptionist” know and she didn’t seem surprised. Left 2 days early with no refund. Horrible experience

I wasn’t expecting luxury given the price but this place was beyond underwhelming. Save yourself one of the worst experiences ever. Stuff was stolen from my room, no one took responsibility and there is a lot of bedbugs.

Drogadicts are welcome, not recommendable at all. Run away from this place. If you claim for your missing stuff, they call the police and accuse you of stealing pillows…!!!! Just crazy. Not worth it. THE PLACE TO AVOID.

NO ES HOTEL ES UNA CASA LAS FOTOS DE LAS HABITACONES SON FALSAS , ES FRAUDE SON CUARTOS TOTALMENTE SUCIOS CON CHINCHES ADEMAS HAY PERSONAS DE TODO TIPO, DEJAN QUE PERSONAS DESCONOCIDAS DUERMAN EN TU CUARTO Y JAMAS TE LO DICEN PRIMERO TE HACEN PAGAR TE ESTAFAN Y DESPUES TE DAS CUENTA DEL COCHINERO, TENGAN CUIDADO CUIDEN SU INTEGRIDAD Y BOLSILLOS NO ES LO QUE PUBLICAN

Sucio, lleno de chinches, te atienden con mala cara, si estás dispuesto a ganar una potencial enfermedad por el bajo precio, adelante. El único recuerdo que te vas a llevar de este lugar es el de las ganas de no regresar.
