Guest report Booking.com
No thing total experience was very bad AC was broken on arrival, staff denied it for hours before fixing. Room change gave us a worse room, far from our friends. Found bed bugs in the room that night. My kids got sick from the hotel food or the gas used to kill the bed bugs and needed hospital treatment for a full day
