BEDBUGS! During my stay in the mixed dorm on 4-5/9 I was bitten badly by bedbugs. Unfortunately, I found out there were bedbugs after my first night so all my stuff had already been infected. I requested a refund for the whole stay in order to cover the sudden expense of finding another accommodation and they accepted it. Ironically tho, they did requested that I pay for using the washing machine. From the Google reviews it seems they are aware of the infestation but not bothered enough to treat it or inform their clients. Horrendous experience.
