Location was good, easily got autos. The rate of the dorms was fair for Mumbai. My only issue was on the second night I found bed bugs.

The place is well located just off BKC (on santacruz chembur link rd), facility is fine with respect to the common areas, the rooms are another bet altogether. I didn't find the beds and the furnishings comfortable at all and definitely not for the price they are charging. The complimentary coffee and good common areas apart from the central location if you have work in BKC are the saving grace. The rooms and the beds along with the really tiny tiny bathrooms are quite a pain to use. Honestly I got bitten by bed bugs during my stay so I had a bad experience as far as cleanliness of the rooms is concerned and they aren't a cheap hostel , I must say, therefore probably my expectations were much higher. Honestly in Mumbai I have seen better for much lesser.
