This was Summer 2023 so they might have resolved the issue by now but be careful to check your room if you book this hostel, because upon arriving we found (dead) bedbugs in ours (6 mixed dorm). The employee handled it extremely well and professionally. He believed us immediately when we showed him, was very apologetic, gave us a full refund without hesitation when we said that we didn't feel comfortable staying and offered to help us find a new place. So my experience with the service was very positive but I still feel obligated to leave a warning. The activities seem great. There’s only one bathroom on the floor, but I don’t know if that would’ve been a problem had we stayed.

La higiene deja más que desear.  En mi primera cama encontré chinches. Problema que comuniqué al equipo del Hotel y me reubicaron de inmediato. en la segunda cama, no había signos de insectos, pero había trozos de Uñas. Deberían de contratar a un equipo de limpieza. Los recepcionistas fueron rápidos en ofrecer alternativas y fueron resolutivos, pero no se puede tolerar esta falta de higiene, sobre todo si los huéspedes cambian constantemente y tienen un gran flujo de clientes.
