I got bed bug bites really bad. we found the bugs and gave them to the front desk. They ¨claimed¨ they would give us a refund if we emailed them in a couple days about the problem. I have huge bites all over my body, had to sleep on the floor the next night because they didn´t have another room to give me and didn´t have money from the refund to go to a different hostel.
