Die Lage war das einzig Gute. Wir haben mitten in der Nacht Bettwanzen im Doppelbett entdeckt und waren so angeekelt, dass wir am liebsten gleich abgereist wären. Wir haben uns dann im Endeffekt zu viert in das Stockbett gequetscht. Am Morgen waren wir einfach, nur froh abreisen zu können. Nie mehr würde ich hier übernachten. Die Damen der wir das beim Check-Out gesagt haben, meinte nur es tut ihr leid und sie wird es weiterleiten. Außerdem war es trotz geschlossenem Fenster so laut im Zimmer das Schlafen sowieso fast unmöglich war.

He estado de voluntaria allí y es horrible. Malos tratos, hay chinches, está todo sucio. Me han picado mil chinches en todo el cuerpo y nunca la habitación de los voluntarios ha sido limpiada. El hostel tiene mala fama en Zwolle por estos motivos. Ahorraros la estancia en ese lugar. I volunteered there and it was horrible. Mistreatment, bedbugs, everything is dirty. I was bitten by countless bedbugs all over my body, and the volunteers’ room has never been cleaned. The hostel has a bad reputation in Zwolle for these reasons. Save yourself the trouble and avoid staying in that place. The manager of the hostel and the recepcionist treated me terribly and did nothing about it

BED BUGS! After couple nights of sleeping there I noticed bites on my body and it got worse. We let the hostel staff know and they did not handle the situation professionally at all. Just beware!!! the location of this hostel is good however the service and the rooms are terrible.
