Really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I clearly placed the room cleaning request card on my door, but housekeeping completely ignored it—came back to an untouched room after a full day out. On top of that, the bed was not clean and I suspect there were bed bugs, which made the whole experience extremely uncomfortable. For the price paid, this level of hygiene and service is unacceptable. Would not recommend unless they seriously improve their housekeeping standards.
