Senda Hostel Retiro

Staff members are accommodating and they act quickly about any request pertaining to the property and stay. I was allocated right away to another bed because the mattress is sagging and got some bedbugs. Unfortunately, my stay was ruined by bedbugs in my original bed, which left me with several itchy bites. While the property and staff were so accommodating and they allocated me in a new bed, still got some bites though. I am sharing this so future guests can be cautious. Cleanliness needs to be addressed urgently."
