Hotel De Fierlant

I honestly don't know where to start, o just ome examples: The room was extremely worn out and in poor condition. Shockingly, I found three bedbugs in and around the bed. I haven’t encountered anything like this in over 20 years, not since I stayed in very cheap hotels as a student. All of this came at the price of a 4- to 5-star hotel, which makes it even more unacceptable. The toilet seat was stained with multiple yellow/orange marks. I can only hope it was a cleaning product that wasn’t properly rinsed off, but it looked very unhygienic. On top of that, the towels had holes in them. I thought maybe breakfast would make up for it, but even that was one of the worst I’ve had in many years: poor quality and far below standard. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place unless significant improvements are made.
