Passei para um quarto individual na 2a segunda noite no alojamento, e acordei com mordidas compatíveis com bed bugs, mostrei-as no check out e fiz reclamação pelo sucedido, a resposta foi inaceitável - não tinha sido ali que fui mordida, e trataram de fazer de conta que nada era responsabilidade do alojamento. Não voltarei mais a este alojamento, até que tomem medidas e sobretudo assumam estas situações que acontecem infelizmente um pouco por todo lado onde as pessoas circulam e dormem.

Concordo com a maior parte dos feedbacks: box do duxe e barulho desnecessário, mas expectável numa pousada com adolescentes... MAS, o quarto tinha percevejos de cama. Estava a meio da madrugada no telemóvel, quando começo a ver bichos na minha linha de visão contra a parede. Nunca me tinha acontecido isto. Fiz várias pesquisas para confirmar e não consegui descansar mais. A amiga que estava comigo acabou picada. Informei no checkout da situação, a funcionária disse para mandar email a reportar a situação, ainda não tive feedback, mas saí com a certeza de riscar o alojamento de reservas futuras.

The room was infested with bed bugs 😣. Woke up to a bed full of blood dots everywhere. However, the staff was very kind and moved me to another room the day after.

Une CATASTROPHE. Si j'avais pu mettre 0 étoile je l'aurais fait. Je ne sais pas quel est le pire : les punaises de lit (1er étage), le bruit ,le p'tit dej dégoûtant, l'absence de serviette de toilette....... A FUIR

Das Hostel hat Bettwanzen! Wir waren in zwei Zimmer und beide hatten Bettwanzen. Deshalb mussten wir mitten im der Nacht nach einem anderen Hotel in Lissabon suchen. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Roupa da com percevejos. Trocamos de quarto para o quarto ao lado e encontramos novamente percevejos.

Got bitten by bedbugs —we stayed there for one night (room 106).

in fact, this is not a hostel, but a dormitory for students. It's very noisy at night. I was bitten by bedbugs in bed!!!

J'ai dû changer 3 fois des chambres pour 2 nuit. La première chambre était remplie des punaises de lits, remarqué heureusement par l'arrivé d'un collègue de chambre.... Ma seule crainte était d'en ramener chez moi... Le robinet la douche fouillait, il n'était pas bien fixé, j'ai dû le fixer à la main pour pouvoir prendre ma douche. Je n'ai pas aimé aussi le fait que les douches soit économiques, l'interruption continue de la coulée des eaux.

Foi tudo péssimo. O quarto com percevejos, o funcionário responsável sem qualquer manifestação de apoio ou empatia! É um estabelecimento horrível!

Mon conjoint a trouvé des punaises de lit dans ses draps et a du sortir toutes ses affaires de la chambre en urgence. Le réceptionniste n’a pas eu l’air de bien comprendre l’importance de la situation (un rapport devait être fait a booking et j’ai demandé a être en copie, je n’ai à ce jour rien reçu) et aucune solution pour laver nos vêtements n’a été proposée. Nous souhaitions partir mais vu l’heure tardive nous nous serions retrouvés à la rue. On nous a donc déplacé dans une autre chambre. En bref une nuit catastrophique avec les stress de ramener des punaises de lit pour notre voyage de 14 jours. À éviter !

Extrem ring-hörig. Man hörte jede Tür zuschlagen. Irgendjemand hat den Staubsauger um 4 uhr morgens genutzt. Betten sahen aus als wären Bettwanzen darin, was sich paar Tage später auch mit einem Hautausschlag bestätigt hat. Frühstück Basic (lohnt sich in der Stadt zu brunchen), Wasser wohl aus dem Hahn abgefüllt, sehr chlorhaltig.

Giving a 5 only because we found 1 bedbug on the sheet and 1 on my bag. So hopefully we won't get an infestation on our way home.

I didn't want to write any thing negative as the reviews on here, nearly put me off. I read about bed bugs. on entering the room, I pulled away the sheets and inspected the beds and there was NO SIGN OF ANY BED BUGS The mattress is sealed and has a zip on it. (you do get them, even in the poshest hotels) Btw they tell me, that have a firm that comes in and cleans all the rooms regulary. So, the only negative I have to write and this is for my room, is that the bathroom smelt of drains. I had a double room. I did see the shared showers and they all looked fine and appeared to have no smells at all. It may just have been my room. However for the price I paid £53 a night for two, I really don't have any real complaints. 2 metro stations from the airport. Would use it again. Oh there can be a little noise from the young people, but it is a youth hostel. Nothing that kept me awake.

An awful experience with bedbugs, needed to move to another hotel.

NO MERECE LA PENA! ADEMAS EL ESTABLECIMIENTO NO SE HACE CARGO DE LA INFECCION POR CHINCHES Y AHORA HAY QUE TIRAR TODA LA ROPA, MALETAS,ETC... ADEMAS SE ESCUCHA TODO DE LOS BAÑOS COMUNES Y EL PASILLO. LAS FOTOA ENGAÑAN.

Thankfully, I wasn't bitten, but I promptly notified the receptionist. The location, while close to the airport, is far from main attractions. The breakfast offered was good, but being particular about coffee, I opted to have it elsewhere. On a positive note, the showers were satisfactory, and it provided a quiet environment for a good night's sleep. However, due to the bedbug incident, I wouldn't recommend this hostel.

They had bedbugs and had several rooms in quarantine. They didn’t tell us on arrival and we only found out when we asked for a hair dryer and told it was in a room in quarantine. We put damp cold towels around the door as these things seek body heat. Had a very anxious night. We couldn’t depart immediately but left the next morning, we had a 3 night reservation. They refused to refund us for the 2 nights so we claimed on our credit card using Section 75 Consumer Credit Act.

Our recent stay at this facility was marred by the extremely unpleasant bedbug bites occurred in multiple rooms. It's clear that the facility has an ongoing bedbug infestation. Some members of our group were so traumatized by the bites, they were forced to check out past midnight and ended up spending the night at the airport. Confronted with indisputable video and photo evidence afterwards, the facility refunded our stay. However, it refused to acknowledge or provide any additional compensation for the significant physical and mental stress that we went through. In addition to the bodily discomfort, the very real possibility of bring home the infestation is dreaded by everyone in our group. We hope our review serves as a warning to anyone who considers staying at this facility until the management has taken accountable measures to treat and rid the bedbug infestation at the facility.

They have bedbugs, had to change hotels in the middle of the night.

Simply, the room was absolutely infested with bedbugs. I dozed off for less than an hour around 10pm and when I awoke, was covered in bites, with creepy little bugs crawling all around me. I saw one crawl into my suitcase. There were dead bedbugs smashed on the walls. I immediately left; the receptionist told me that they didn't have a washer, a dryer, a steamer, or a vacuum at the property (!) but that they would refund me. I have yet to receive an apology, much less a refund, much else compensation for the €200+ I've had to spend cleaning my things, buying new ones, and getting a new hotel in a rush. Absolute nightmare.

A fuir, avant de se coucher nous avons découvert des punaises de lit. Nous avons donc inspecter ensuite les matelas et nous avons trouvé d’autres punaises de lit en plus de traces d’anciennes déjà écrasées sur les draps. C’est inacceptable. Nous avons changé d’hôtel au cours de la nuit et le réceptionniste à assurer qu’on serait remboursé une fois qu’on aurait contacté booking, mais l’établissement a ensuite refusé le remboursement.

Checkin um pouco desproporcional, já que se inicia às 16h. Porém o que mais me desagradou foi a grosseria dos funcionários e a limpeza, pois havia bedbugs nas camas. O wifi também não funcionou.
