Las camas tienen muchísimas chinches y nos fuimos llenos de picaduras… la limpieza no se hace a menos que la pidas en recepción el día anterior y no cambian las sábanas durante la estadía.

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue realmente mala, y quiero dejar constancia para que otros viajeros lo tengan en cuenta. Tenian chinches o pulgas porque al día siguiente a mi pareja le salieron ronchas por todo el cuerpo. Televisión sin volumen útil: el mando está capado y no se puede subir el volumen, apenas se oye. No limpian la habitación todos los días. Tuvimos que pedir papel higiénico porque no pasaban a limpiar ni reponer. Las sábanas estaban sucias y, al reclamar, nos dieron otras también manchadas. Desayuno muy pobre: solo jamón dulce, queso, dos cereales, algo de fruta (plátano, manzana, y otra que ni recuerdo), jarras de zumo (2 de naranja, 1 mixto), leche, y mermeladas. El café hay que pedirlo en la barra, y tardan mucho en reponer lo que se agota. Baño con moho negro y olor a humedad. No tiene ventana y el extractor solo funciona si dejas la luz encendida. Muy desagradable. Ducha sin presión. En la terraza había una paloma muerta, lo que demuestra falta de mantenimiento. Además, no hay toldo, así que no se puede usar durante el día. La habitación se veía bonita en fotos, pero no tiene nada que ver con la realidad. El hotel necesita urgentemente mejorar limpieza, mantenimiento y servicio.
