They have bed bugs I got bitten at night all over my body I have itchy tiny bumps

Bed Bugs!! It is for me a no go ! I needed to wash all my stuff afterwards.

My bed was infested with bed bugs, I have spent over €200 on doctors appointments and medicines including steroids to help ease my allergic reaction. I let the accomodation know and they are refusing to do anything until someone else complains. This is extremely disappointing as I gave them a courtesy email to let them know and obviously advise they get a professional in to inspect the room and bed but they are not taking my complaint seriously and are happy for someone else to have to go through the same issues I have before they will even look into it. I got bites on my legs, back, neck, hands and face! So bad they the ones of my hands swelled up and I couldn’t close my hand into a fist properly. I got them on my face so it looked like I had bruises under my eyes and the ones on my legs even went purple. They are obviously itchy and unsightly. I would NOT recommend staying here and I hope you heed my warning as you honestly don’t want to go through what I have.
