   Swimming pool. Kitchen was good, but no forks!? Difficulties getting instructions. Washing machine not working, took my money. Told staff, was advised to go to launderette, but it took my money!!

   The facilities were fairly clean and modern and the check-in was pretty straight forward I was a female solo traveller and had booked a woman's only quad room to feel safe - but when I got there around 10pm the first thing I encountered were a bunch of men at the commons space in front of the room and a man half naked walking out of the woman's only room. Also the woman's only room door lock wasn't working at all so it was pretty much free access to any one who was in the building and the individual pod lock was very finicky so I didn't really feel safe leaving my stuff in the pod or sleeping at night. Also the toilet stalls in the hallway had glass sliding doors that were half transparent so if you had to take a dump your silhouette would show through the door to everyone in the commons😂 (I waited till 3am when everyone was asleep to just go to the washroom) the showers were also half transparent glass door shower stalls in all gender washrooms so I ended up taking a shower at my friend's place the day before her wedding :( Considering the crazy accommodation costs in LA it's definitely still a decent affordable option to consider but I believe not so much a safe option for solo female traveller's who are like me and uncomfortable being surrounded by male strangers (the majority of the guests were men).

   The owner Diana is a lying thief that took are situation and used it against us to get more money from us we were charged 200 dollars fir a deep cleaning to are room which was never done we deep cleaned it ourselves then she wanted to charge us 70 dollars a day 2 weeks in advance sent to her zelle or cash app opposed to the 35 to 45 dollars a day it shows on hostel world when we refuse because she wouldn't give us recite showing days we were pay for she called police and lied don't go there

   Breakfast is on you because they are not offering you breakfast. Location is good because you can get metro near by,otherwise location is not great I don’t like that they cheat with me 50$, I was staying in a pod more then 5 nights,one day manager came to me and said we are shifting you from this pod to a other room because this side is only for girls,I said ok. They shifted me in a room not in pod (I paid for a pod rent)he didn’t tell me about extra rent for this room . At 4am I received a sms on booking.com they were asking 49.6 $ for rent. I told him why y didn’t tell me before ? Or this rent is for staying in this room of one night or my whole stay?(i have to stay there more 6 nights)he told me you shall stay here till you leave. so I paid them 50$. At noon manager again come to me and said we are switching you from here to a pod,I was surprised.I asked him why?I just paid you 50$ for stay here but he was not agree and told me if you want to here ,you should pay more otherwise if you not want to stay in hotel you can leave. Later when I argue with him he told me he shall asked his team management and give back your money soon. But yesterday I asked about money he replied “what money “ Now I have left the hostel before 5 days.i am asking to the money they are are just acting.

   Don't pay attention to the pictures. The pictures are deceiving you. The first thing anyone needs to stay in a place is cleanliness and a feeling of safety. Here you don't feel safe.Any accommodation that is public and has a large number of people needs to have a reception and a resident manager so that you feel safe. here is not good location at all take care your self I did not stay at this place, as soon as I entered I received negative energy and felt insecure Just as I entered, I saw a woman who entered through one door and escaped through another door into the back yard. When I asked her if you were the owner of the house, she said nothing and walked away.It was a bit like a horror movie. This place has 3 or 4 entrance doors that are always open. Apparently, the landlord or his dependents live in a hut in the yard. Imagine that you want to sleep in a room where people may come and go behind the door at any hour of the day and night, and you feel a sense of fear and insecurity.The accommodation is far away from everything. It is located in the middle of nowhere. Only the pictures are beautiful. Don't be fooled. Pay attention to the facts and never choose this place.

   Nothing, there's nothing to like. Host had me pay first before showing the hostel. Then proceeded to put me in a room that was not in the actual hostel. Falsified all information instead of being upfront with me. After a long flight from Baltimore Maryland, I was exhausted. I ended up leaving first thing in the morning at 6:30am because I was so effing angry and exhausted. The group of rush man in the kitchen talking laugh all night, went on and on until 4-5am. I literally got no sleep. Apparently he Purposely Overbooked instead of telling me upfront so I could've made other accommodations somewhere else. Rental was nothing like the picture posted on hotels.com. He took my money and lied when I arrived. I will be filing with anyone in any department I can to get my money back or shut this host down. Stated there was a pool, there was no pool. Stated I'd have my own private room with air conditioning and privacy. All false! I am demanding to have my money back because I didn't even sleep the entire night. A group of Russian men living in the house who congregated in the kitchen drinking and talking and laughing all night long. There was motion sensor light outside the bedroom and no curtains on the window, so I'd have a bright light shining in the bedroom throughout the night.no air conditioning running so I sweated the whole night tossing and turning. When the sun came out at 5:45am in the morning, it was shining in my face. Mind you I was up till 3 AM because they were talking so loud and the kitchen which was right next-door to the room. The actual hostel apparently was a separate wing of the house. If he overbooked, he should've told me before demanding I pay the moment I arrived and showing me the accommodations and hostile room. I now understand why he does not allow customer feedback on the website because I'm sure there's been numerous complaints for falsifying information about the rental. I will be reaching out to the permanent department of LA county because I'm sure what he built within a house is not legal. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I have filed a complaint with booking.com, I have filed a complaint with hotels.com where is listing is posted. The host could care less how I was treated that evening. And I'm not sure why there's five Russians who don't speak any English there, who supposedly doing business with two Chinese men.
